Chase Bank

Most people would not bother posting reviews for a bank, let alone a National Bank like Chase. But you know what, the people who works here are some of the nicest, most courteous, and PROFESSIONAL people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Just goes to show it’s the PEOPLE which makes the difference in the final experience. If one has to choose where to bank, this branch would be it.

I love the staff here! Each week I come here to get change for our high school store. As a regular they know me now and treat me like family. For a big bank chain this amazing! I also bank personally here and have been a member of Chase/​Washington Mutual for decades. This is by far the BEST service of all the Chase Bank locations. They also have free coffee for customers.
I got married last year and the staff was very helpful with my name change and account update needs. They took care of everything by doing it for me or providing me the direction I needed.
When I planned my trip to Thailand they ordered me Bahts and they arrived in 2 business days, with no charge. And the best part is when I returned from my trip they asked how the trip went… amazing service!
If you have a choice use this location. It is on 20 near Walmart and far enough away from the crazy mall traffic. But the best part is that it is near I985 and convenient for work or personal banking.
