Chili’s

We try not to do chain restaurants much, but decided for a low key quick dinner and tonight was nearly perfect! Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was on point all night! Drinks always filled, food out fast, and very cheerful and seemed excited to be there! The place was pretty clean (4 out of 5) and a lot of people enjoying their dinner! Not too loud but a good atmosphere! I watched the front of the house manager and he was on it too! Chilis at the Mall of Ga keep it up! You guys got to since TGIFridays closed down!

Nope. Nada. Never again. My sister & I went here today for lunch. (Monday afternoon around 230PM). so its not prime time either for lunch. We get there & are told the wait is 15 – 20 min. I SHOULD have just walked out then but i decided to stay no problem. We waited and waited. The lady at the front said that if I see a booth open up its first come first serve and I can go sit. ehhh shouldn’t you be in charge of that?
Fast forward we finally get a seat and we wait again for the waitress to come ask us for our drinks. I originally wanted chicken sliders instead of the beef ones they had. Religiously, I can not eat beef so i asked her nicely if we could substitute chicken instead. Her response: «No its beef only». (Ermm. Okay. usually restaurants CAN be accommodating).
Then I saw the chicken quesadilla so I said sure why not & I asked her if the lettuce and sour cream thats on top in the picture on the menu, if that comes with it. She said No. I mean you saw that I wanted the lettuce and sour cream. You could have provided me with options or SOMETHING instead of a straight up no. Oh but I can get the lettuce and sour cream on the side… lol Why not just put it on the top then?
We waited a good while for our food to come. Finally it came out & EW. it just tasted sweet and gross and the lettuce didn’t look fresh or anything.
BEST PART: Mine and my sisters’ stomachs were messed up! And they STILL are as I type this. More so mine. So it looks like I paid $ 27 and some change for a stomach ache and I didn’t even finish my food. THANKS Chili’s. Not coming back and thanks for wasting my money.

Food and service was really good. Our table when we sat down was not totally clean and the menus had some greasy something on them. We got new menus and the rest of meal went well.

Never again and never another Chilis on a birthday EVER. So it’s my daughters 3^rd birthday. It’s pouring rain and traffic is terrible. I opt for the already bad mom move and decide to go out for dinner. Now where can I take a family of 8 consisting of 4 kids, that will make a huge fuss for my very birthday aware daughter? Chilis right or Friday’s. It’s pouring and I am a loyal Chilis patron so the choice is obvious. We walk in, and the party right ahead of us happens to tell the host it is her bother’s 20^th birthday, and they came here to absolutely have a fuss made over him. The host said «I will let them know.» We tell our waitress that it’s our daughters birthday and she near about cried for us. Broken hearted she said that they don’t sign the birthday song. They don’t have candles for the cake. She is new and doesn’t have a direct answer as to why, since the store she relocated from did do all that. However, the most she has gotten from anyone is that it is a corp. thing. She was gracious. She sang happy birthday to our daughter — who spent the entire night asking «is it birthday yet.» If this review was based on the service it would have 5 stars but the overall experience was horrible. The food was ok. My burrito was a whopping serving of rice. Everyone else’s food was good.

Great service! Went in for a Togo order on a Saturday night… the bartender was friendly and on point!!! Good job!

I visited this location for the first time last Sunday. Party is 8 and we are all squished at 1 table so I had to ask the server if we could get another table added on. Our appetizers and drinks are brought out and we order. I order the same way at every Chilis. Chicken Fajitas with no onions and extra bell pepper. What was brought to me was strips of chicken on a burner stuck to the bottom with literally like three pieces of bell pepper on the side. Me being a server I would have never brought that to my table. It’s embarrassing but the server herself brought it out to me. I asked for more bell pepper and didn’t get it for another 15 minutes so I just gave the food back. It was cold by then and was stuck to the bottom. I asked her to take it off the bill. A manager or the server never asked if I wanted something else or maybe it made the right way I ordered. I will never be back to this one. Worst experience!

Great service, good food. When busy the hostesses seat you in a prompt manner. My girlfriend and I come here often and still haven’t had a bad experience.

I have been here several times. this was the restaurant me and my wife at our first meal together at. I like the old string onion rings that they had as an appetizer but they have taken it off the menu. My wife like the raspberry margarita but they also took that off the menu. she got the berry margarita and was pleased with it but still was not as good as the raspberry. their 2 for 20 meal is the way to go if you’re going to eat with someone. I will still go back to that place because it is mine and my wife’s favorite. if they bring back those two items I will definitely give it 5 stars.

Often times order to-​go from this Chili’s when I want something quick and my past experiences have been nothing special but nothing terrible. However, after today I may find a new chain for my to-​go orders.
Was highly disappointed at the lack of service at the to-​go station as well as getting someone to answer the phone when calling it in. The staff did repeat my order back to me while on the phone which is great and said to be their to pick my order up in 15 min or so which is a reasonable time.
Once parked in the to-​go spot after 15 min. I waited and waited and waited a little bit more until finally I had to get out and go check on things for myself and pickup/​pay for my food.
Overall– staff couldn’t get it together with running the to-​go station and waiting that long for chain food to-​go is unnecessary. Would I go back in the future? Too many other restaurants like Chili’s in this area that may offer quicker/​better service; so no.

This is a fair restaurant especially considering how busy the area is that they are in. However, while this is extremely busy area the wait time for food is pretty long (at least an hour every time I have come). The food for the most part is decent considering this is a chain restaurant. I would actually say it is pretty good considering. However tonight when my fiancé ordered the rice and beans with his quesadilla and soft tacos, the rice was undercooked. I have also had the potato soup from here before and it had been watery, and not thick and creamy. The margherita flatbread is delicious, as is the southwest Mac and cheese. All in all this an average restaurant, but not anything to write home about.

I’ve always enjoyed Chili’s, but this location is great by Mall of Georgia. Excellent service all around!
Had their new Dr. PEPPER baby back ribs cooked over pecan wood. Absolutely wonderful. I recommend that you try these. Had asparagus with cherry tomatoes and skillet cooked garlic mashed potatoes. Celebrating birthday one day early with a great friend and we got the chocolate moulton lava cake to end our dining. Best service and great dining experience. They’ve moved things up a notch at this location.
:-) Bathrooms reminded of a neighborhood place. Not good need to be cleaner.

I’m extremely frustrated because I decided today I’d give this place a second chance. When I ordered my steak, I asked for it to be medium. It came out rare. So I sent it back. However it took them 20 minutes to finish it at which point the rest of my party was ready to leave and had finished eating. When it was put in front of me, it was medium on one side, and well done on the other. The entire steak was burned. I immediately paid for my meal and left. It was an awful experience and I will not be returning.

This particular location has renovated and it looks great! I really like what they have done. The staff and food were great as well. We really enjoy Chili’s food choices and drink menu. High recommend this location if your in the area.

Food was bland and cold. The only reason for two stars was I could pay with a machine on the table

Great location — clean and modern with new tabletop technology. Ability to place drink and dessert orders from the table using mini computer — even pay your bill. We ordered wine, and it was brought to our table within two minutes of placing the order. New menu design with tons of choices — nice lighter menu with calories listed. Definitely more upscale than it used to be. Service was very good, friendly, and food was very good. Only drawback with the food was rice being a little over cooked, and the very small portions on the condiments for fajitas. Overall a good experience, and plan to return often.

We have been going here off and on for a few years and I would have given it 3 stars but the last time we went there the server was so personally insulting to my teenage daughter (insinuated that she is fat and stated that he «could roll her out the door in a wheelbarrow when she’s done eating) that it made her cry. The food is mediocre and when I’ve gone to the restroom I could see in the kitchen and the floor was covered in trash and dropped tortilla chips. Chili’s has seen the last of us.

Terrible. We sat in the bar area because we can typically just go sit; not at this location. Every table was dirty and needed to be cleared from the previous diners.
Once the tables were clear the area filled up with everyone who was waiting at the door when we came in. We did notice that tables again remained dirty as people left and were not cleared quickly.
My wife ordered a triple dipper and I had the mixed fajitas.
When her triple dipper came out there was less than half the bowl worth of spinage and artichoke dip. We asked the server if that was the normal amount they give. Naturally it should have been full so they gave her another one, this time full.
The fajitas are mediocre at best. The toppings barely cover one let alone three tortillas.
I won’t be returning to this Chili’s location again.

Great, friendly service in the bar. Cold beer, hot and soft pretzel sticks. Friendly bar tender and seven flatscreen TVs to watch some basketball. Pretty comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Also open until 11 during the week. Great place to visit during the week. Just wish there was a female bar tender!

I ate there once before shopping at the mall. The food was delicious! I ordered a chicken fried chicken which isn’t on the menu, but they special made it for us. It was a delightful treat. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is more spread out and comfortable like Chili’s restaurants I like. It was a pleasant experience.

First of all, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for anyone to notice my two sisters and me. Where’s the hostess or host? –shakes her head–
We get seated in a booth (thank goodness we weren’t near the restrooms). BUT the chairs were dirty (had crumbs all over) and the table was not wiped down clean. Our waitresses, Daisy and Katie (I forgot the second waitress’ name, oh well) weren’t very friendly. Daisy looked like she was just doing her job as our server and Katie (the second waitress) looked annoyed and didn’t even break a smile to us. This bothered me A LOT! Aren’t waitresses suppose to be friendly and bubbly towards their customers? Doesn’t matter if you’re a female or a male??! Goodness!
The food that we ordered came out late… at least the chips and salsa came out a bit early.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!
