Roaches everywhere. Management changes too often. It is not maintained. Rent is cheap. Playground is nice. Huge wasp problem. You share a balcony witlh your neighbor. That is hard. I had awesome neighbors there. o

Worst experience ever, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Living conditions are sub par and the property is in foreclosure!!! Moldy carpet after 2 floods, warped door frames, old mismatched kitchen appliances to name a few things they offer. no sound proofing so I hope you like your neighbors music, tv, and conversation. I’m moving as soon as my lease is up!!!
