Love this place. Employees are so kind and helpful. Everyone that My husband and I have encountered was knowledgable and friendly. A large selection of tiles and other materials. We bought porcelain tiles look like hardwood to install in our living room so that it won’t get scratched up by our dogs and the quality of the tiles is amazing. We love this store and will go back again when we remodel the bathroom.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!
These people don’t want to sell there merchandise.
We are redoing our entire LARGE KITCHEN and they did not want to work with us and we are willing to spend the money to have our kitchen look good.
They were trying to sell us a cracked sink (floor model) for full price and no box. They had new ones available but were too lazy to pull us a boxed sink.
The staff could care less.
Go figure.
Amber was RUDE among other things.
If you want to be frustrated go for it.
I’m shopping somewhere else.

Great experience! We had two cart loads of tile to take back and the cashier and the lady manager were so helpful. We actually had originally purchased from the Atlanta location off of clairmont road and that place is a nightmare!!! I will never step foot in that location ever again. We will definitely be back to the Buford location for future purchases.

I was able to get a nice email and an offer from one of the field reps that read my Unilocal review and she offered to move the product from one location to another. I’m very happy they made this right — just sorry it took a poor review to have them do so. I’ll a huge fan of Floor and Décor and will shop there whenever I can.

How this place stays in business is beyond me. Order pebble tile online, they sent 2 different sizes. Wasted my time my employees time also. Carried it back, now I have been waiting 20 minutes for them to figure out how to refund my money. Everyone I know that has bought something here, hasn’t returned to purchase anything else. If any of my customers want to buy their product here, they will have to pick it up. I will never enter this store again.

This is a pretty large location for floor and décor, but they can’t seem to figure out how to get you through the checkout line in a timely manner. I’ve been there twice already and it takes twice as long to check out as it does to do your actual shopping. This has been pretty disappointing so far.
