I have gone to this location three times now. I have always received great customer service, and the chocolate has been exceptional! The last time I went up there I got the eight piece box that cost me $ 16.58. Well worth it.

Always go to the Lenox location so I was surprised at the mediocre customer service I received. The gentleman clearly didn’t want to be there and I made small talk to warm him over. I always get my Truffletas mixed but was informed by policy they weren’t allowed to do that, so I ordered 2 off the menu. Shakes were mediocre, don’t plan on visiting again anytime soon.

I love Godiva so I’m going to be here no matter what. I grew up with a family that worked at M&M mars and Od’d as a kid, but as an adult I can appreciate a good piece of chocolate. A bonus is that Charlie makes great recommendations for chocolate. I’ve never had a problem getting my monthly piece. I’ve never had poor service here-at times people swarm the store and it’s not very big so it can seem chaotic very quickly so i choose to shop during the week. the truffellatta’s are amazing and now they have soft serve I can’t wait to try. If Charlie isn’t there Nicki makes a great shake too! They have good sale items too after holidays

This was my first time buying a Godiva shake(white chocolate strawberry shake). The shake was okay, but it was $ 6 for a small ish size(there is only 1 size to choose from btw). Oh, not all Godiva locations have shakes(i.e. North Point Mall) in case you’re specifically looking for shakes and not chocolate truffles. The service was decent, not anything bad nor great. This location is fairly quaint as it is located in the Mall of Georgia.

I love Godiva but I wouldn’t recommend to purchase at this location. The manager at this location is rude and will lie to you if you stop by to pick up your monthly free chocolate. I went to this location while shopping at the mall. I was greeted by the manager with little smile and I told him that I wanted my free monthly chocolate, but then he gave me a dirty look and stated that the computer register is not working. Therefore, I couldn’t get the free chocolate. I felt like he was lying to me so I waited outside and within no time the same manger rang up the next customer sale on the same p.o.s computer he told me that wasn’t working. I don’t care about the free chocolate, but this is not the way you should treat any customer by lying. Bad service! Damage done.

This Godiva store is inside the mall of Georgia. Good collection of Belgium rich chocolates. One of favorite spot in this mall and always buy some chocolates from here. Pros– good collection of chocolates, nice service. Cons — as usual it’s pricey, just enough room compare with other stores.

There are two sales associates here that I like very much! They’re always so helpful and friendly! Their names are Carol and Rianna(sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly). But there is this one sales associate there who isn’t very friendly and she always looks irritated whenever you don’t buy anything! The first time, I visited this place with my mom. she was there and she was just plain rude! She didn’t greet us but just stared at us. She rolled her eyes at us and she kept clicking her nails. it was annoying me and that’s why I didn’t buy anything from her. That was a few months ago. I only buy the chocolates if Carol or Rianna are working! Just because they make me smile and they’re COOL! Kudos for them! Carol knows her chocolates! So if you don’t know what to get, then ask her for advice on chocolates, because she knows her stuff!!! Ha ha!
