Just my second visit, and it all makes sense. The doctor really goes into death about what is going on with you anatomically and he give you the choice to see if you would like to have your issues continue or if you would like to fix the issue. Along with the treatment that he performs with and his clinic, he will give you exercises to do at home. Now with all of my concerns about my back and wondering why I say it is certain way or stand a certain way, he made it clear that everything is not as it should be, but it can be helped over time. I am truly grateful because no regular medical doctor caught this.

I met Dr. Pugh after being involved in a car wreck several years ago.
I was in a lot of pain and scared about how this injury would effect my life long term. I was looking for a doctor that truly was a spine specialist. Dr. Pugh was exactly that. I found a very educated, sincere and concerned doctor when I met Dr. Pugh. He was able to guide me through rehabilitation and personalized spinal rehab exercises for a long term relief. He has been able to assist my family members and friends as well. Several friends mentioned how different his technique was then other doctors and were impressed with his high level of care.
I find his care superior and feel very lucky to have his talent in the Buford area.
