Just received a bill from this office which is now late March 2014 but appointment was September of 2013!!! Invoice claimed that only portion of copay was paid out when in fact front office stated $ 50 for first consultation and $ 25 thereafter. Bill shows sessions are $ 250 for 40 minutes. Yikes!!!
