Keith Howell is by far the best in the business and we have seen a lot in 10 years!!! He is very knowledgeable about all the different loan programs. He also documents his files very well. If he can not help someone due to credit, he stays on top of things, lets the client know what they need to do in order to be eligible and then he follows up to ensure they are doing everything to fix the issue.
He always keeps all agents involved in the transaction up to speed on issues.
His assistant, Stacey Jones, is amazing!!! She is always willing to help and answer any questions. She works to ensure there are no issues at the closing table.
I can’t say enough how much organization is key to this business — Keith, Stacey and the Buford branch of Homestar has is all!!!
