Kroger

This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever been in. They have a big sign up front asking customers to tell them how they like their newly designed produce department… seriously? They have been out of fresh heads of Romaine for a week and had 5 containers of mushrooms that were a week old!
Get it together Kroger.

In case anyone is wondering like I was when I came to check out their page, the GAS STATION THERE CLOSES AT 11 PM! (not sure if this is their every day closing time for gas station or just on Sunday. I would assume if they’re open this late on Sundays, that they would at least be open this late every other day as well, can’t say for certain though.) Great Kroger, amazing customer service and all-​around awesome employees! The florists there are phenomenal, very knowledgeable about their flowers and are always willing to go above and beyond what’s necessary of them to help out the customer in any way possible!

Unilocal keeps asking what keeps me coming back to this kroger. It’s not kroger at all, but their pharmacy, which has a specific epi pen that I haven’t found in other stores, including other kroger locations.
I’ve never bought one grocery item from the store. But pharmacy customer service is nice, helpful and so long as I can get what I need, I’ll be back.

I love the Hamilton Mill area, but wait till you go to the pharmacy here. OH MY GOD. They should all just quit their jobs if they’re so miserable. Literally, the pharmacist and their technician students are so rude. You walk up and NOBODY welcomes you, even though there were five people at the pharmacist. They just look up and look back down at their pills. I wish they would at least tell me to give them a few seconds, but nope, nothing. Such miserable people.
Seriously kids, don’t go into pharmacy. I’ve been told that numerous times and I believe them now.

I love all their coupons and their points system for discounts on gas. Its cheaper than most other places and they are always super nice.

Customer service employee was very rude even though I had a receipt and valid reason for my return (calculator worked once, then stopped). Deli dept was no help, they also have no salad/​olive bar. Better krogers out there, would recommend going somewhere else

The best thing about this Kroger is the fact that it’s super close to my house! So naturally, it’s the grocery store that my family and I frequent when we don’t want to drive all the way to a Korean grocery store further south.
Of course, we have Kroger cards so that we can save extra money on a lot of items. Just look for the bright yellow tags! The Kroger card is great because it’s free to sign up, and you can save 10 cents/​gallon of gas (normally 3 cents/​gallon with your Kroger card) at the Kroger gas station with every $ 100 purchase of groceries.
It’s also cool that this Kroger has not one but TWO Redbox kiosks now. This is great for those times when you can’t wait for a movie to come through your Netflix queue, or spur-​of-​the-​moment movie nights.
The Kroger store itself is pretty clean, and in general the employees are pretty friendly. I have, however, encountered a few sour grapes occasionally.
Overall, this Kroger gets 3.5 stars — mostly for it’s convenience and cleanliness. And YAY for self-​checkout! Subtracted 1 star because the prices aren’t always the best, and ½ star for several of their crabby employees. My family and I will continue to come back to this Kroger, at least once a week as long as we live in the area.

The people there aren’t always friendly. Maybe like 12% of them are friendly and the rest of them have an attitude problem at times and it seems like they HATE their job! If they hate it so much why don’t they just find a different job! They shouldn’t take out their «problems» towards their customers!
Only thing I like about this Kroger is that it’s very close to where I live.
So FYI to the people who work there, improve on your attitude towards your customers!!!

I really love this Kroger. It’s not only close to my house but the store is actually pretty clean and well organized compared to other Kroger’s I’ve been to. The employees are friendly and for the most part everything is well stocked. I frequent this location and will continue to do so for my stint in the Buford area! Check it out!
