Got the big one and couldn’t be happier. Was worried that it would be too big for our space so they got a tape measure out to show us exactly how it would be. We couldn’t decide which size to go with but they were very patient with us. Honestly, The customer service is always flawless. Can’t wait to come back and pick out another cover for it. I thought it would be hard to change it out but it was a breeze to get on.

So, I walked into the store and I wanted to buy a bean bag. I walked in there with my mom and we looked for like less than a minute. We were kicked out and sprayed by a water gun.

First I want to start by saying I Love everything Lovesac makes I have Sactionals, the Big one (with cow fur cover sooooo soft)
city sac and The Bomb pillows! But what I Love so much is the customer service I
received from all of the employees at this store! I want to thank Jennifer and Stephan for all of the help I received from them y“all are amazing! I Love how Lovesac stands behind the product! I will forever be a customer. Thank you so much.
