Bad customer service. Had a greeter at the door didn’t great us. We were clearly looking for aisles and no one asked if we needed help. We exited and cashiers standing there doing nothing said absolutely nothing to us. We left because we decided to go to Home Depot instead. 100% different experience at Home Depot. Follow my review to see the difference. Home Depot is twice as far from my house but I will gladly take my business to them instead of Lowes. Management, do better. Train your associates, ALL of them.

Ordered and paid for a grill online. «Shop, Click, Pick Up» they claim. I come the next morning to pick it up. «Would you like assembled or in the box?» I tell them in the box. I did not pay for assembly. 15 minutes later, I am sitting. I ask where my grill is. They ask «Would you like it assembled it in the box?» IN THE BOX. Perhaps it is the fact that I am 8 months pregnant and have a toddler with me– but I feel like this process should be faster. 20 minutes later, the nicest faces in the store bring it out. Help us out in the truck and apologize. I dont blame them. I just a wish the process was more organized.

The store manager? (Br#@$da) is the worst manager you can find all around. She can’t deal with whole bad situation, Huuh again, instead of apology. Hard work staffs there but a bad clueless manager on duty. one bad apple ruins whole store.

I can’t help it. I just like the way Lowes are laid out in comparison to to big orange. Neater and easier to find items here.

My boyfriend & I visit this Lowes whenever we need paint or items for the house. It’s really clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are relatively the same as other home improvement stores but they do have discounts some times. Bobby & I went to paint the living room a lime green the other day & they had a promotion going on for every $ 50 in painting supplies you buy you get $ 10 off. That was really nice since paint supplies can get expensive! The only negative is that it’s on a really busy road making coming and going a bit difficult because of the heavy traffic. Other than that though I will keep coming back!
