We’ve been working with Tom Dovin at this office for at least a couple years now and I have to say, this is the one agent I actually look forward to calling cause I know they’ll help me make it better. I’ve continued to receive top notch service from them. We sought out a new insurance carrier because we were getting raped by our old one, and some how came upon the Dovin Allstate office. From day one, Tom has helped me find deals and given me great advice as to what I really should insure and what isn’t necessary. I’ve never felt that they were out for the money and trying to insure everything under the sun so they could get a buck, and they do so with a smile. Even now, we’ve hit some financial hard times, and Tom continues to help me find deals or work with us on payments. I can’t imagine using another agent… and I can’t believe I’m saying this, cause before they were all the same to me. The Dovin agency has proven me wrong, definitely worth checking them out.
