Singleton Marine Group provided excellent customer service and work on our boat. We had a problem with our boat and Austin (the owner) talked with me personally several times, was always available to take my calls, returned calls, and did what he said he would do. Because we bought our boat from a previous company located in the same building, Singleton Marine was not really responsible for our problems but provided work on the boat (including transportation to and from our marina) and went above and beyond to get our boat fixed. They were able to get warranty coverage through the other company to get the repairs done. I’ve never experienced service like they provided. It is a family owned business that really is dedicated to customer service just like their website says. Because of this commitment and our own personal experience with them, we will certainly give our business to Singleton Marine in the future.
