I went there today, very simple things to switch simcard3gs to iPhone 4, I waited more than1 hour, this gentement name Josh B he did cut my sim card, he did destroyed my SIM card, he play around to much, talk to much. He blame me a lot of things about it, but I need the Manager to look back the cameras, I thing he need to work something else, or somewhere else, he is tall, skinny talk very, very much and work less. I am not recommend anyone go there to see him…

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Atlanta, GA
I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer since I moved to L.A. in 2003. Despite the fact that the service has been less than good since I moved to Georgia about three years ago, I continued using their service and even got my family on board with me under a family plan. This particular T-Mobile store is located on the second floor of the Mall of Georgia near Macy’s and Dillard’s. My younger sister had recently gone into this store and asked questions about upgrading her phone, and whether they had any better family plan options available. It turns out that they do have better family plans that would save our family money since no one has or needs data on their basic«non-smart» phones. My sister had her heart set on a smartphone, which one of the employees had told her she wouldn’t HAVE to get a data plan for. Subsequently, I went to the store with her to find out additional details about this since my understanding was that data was REQUIRED any time anyone gets a smartphone from any cell phone service provider. This time around, the employee who had answered her questions previously was not working, so we asked someone else for more details. To make a long story short, my assumption — that you absolutely must get a data plan if you want a «free»(or «low cost») smartphone with a 2-year contract — was correct. I’m not sure why the other employee had told my sister that she could somehow«get around» having to have a data plan, but she was pretty disappointed when she found out that she wouldn’t be getting her smartphone any time soon. Overall, this T-Mobile Wireless store in the Mall of Georgia gets 3 stars for their«OK» employees and clean store environment. I was surprised at how simple and neat the store was organized, but maybe I shouldn’t have been. They just weren’t very busy and frankly, the employees looked bored and as if they didn’t want to be there. We would have appreciate if the information that was provided by the employees was more consistent, but this may be due to lack of adequate training on their various plans and requirements.
