Store full of people and 3 registers open. And then they close the self check outs while I’m walking up with one item. They are closed sir. I about lost it! I keep forgetting I pass a Target to get here

Bakery did a FABULOUS job with my daughters birthday cupcakes! They look just like the picture in their cupcake book if not better. And only $ 12 for 24… um yes please! Staff was very helpful and even ordered the cupcake décor for me when they were out. Very satisfied with my order.

I give this Walmart 3 stars because you don’t really have a bad experience nor a good experience when you walk into a Walmart. You’re there to get what you need and get out, no real customer service experience to separate your visit from a neighborhood Kroger or Publix. I finally decided to post up because I had a horrible experience at the Deli. It was 6:30pm on a weeknight and I was off work and not in a hurry. I was on my earphones talking as I walked up to get some cold cuts. I stood there for about 2 minutes while the lady was cleaning up a meat slicer, shouldn’t you look up or hear me and see if I need anything? I then say«Hello» in a nice voice calling her attention and she replied, «Hold on…» in an annoyed voice. What ever happened to «I’ll be right with you» or «Let me know when you’re ready, Sir». She then proceeded to cut meat but for who??? No one is around. Oh right, maybe someone dropped by, placed an order and will come back. Gotcha, makes sense! But, she never says that and just ignores me yet again! I’m here standing waiting while she is cutting someone’s meat and doesn’t even acknowledge me and on top of that when she finally gets to me, doesn’t offer me a sample or even says«okay» she just grabs what I told her and starts to unwrap? I finally decided to ask her, «Excuse me are you okay? why did you ignore me this whole time and not even talking to me?» Her response? «Do you still want it or not?» WOW! Shocked and appalled, I said, «no thanks, I’ll go to Kroger from now on». She didn’t even apologize she just put away the meat and carried on with her way. My final though, only go to Walmart if it’s super convenient for you or you absolutely have to go. Any other chance, for produce, food, deli, go to a Kroger or Publix where they actually acknowledge you as a human being.

I visited this Walmart in search for an item that was listed to be in stock on the website. When I arrived I went to where this item is supposed to be to find none. I request the help of an employee who informs me that the system says the item is «In Stock» quantity-«0.» She asks me to wait in customer service to wait for a manager who can look in the back for said item. While waiting, I see seven gallons of milk and 2 cartons of eggs waiting to be returned to the shelves. I decided out of curiosity to feel the temperature of these items. All but one were at room temperature. This is a serious health violation. To top it off I asked the«manager» assisting me if these items would be returned to the shelves and she replied, «Yeah, those are the things people changed their mind about or returned.» The staff doesn’t understand the seriousness of this and that further concerns me. I would advise everyone against buying perishables from this establishment! The only reason I will return is in the case of emergency. This is a perfect example of a corporate business forgetting the importance of their patrons.

This Walmart is the most messy, unorganized store I’ve ever been in. The mess and chaos wouldn’t be as bad if it weren’t mixed with the lack of customer service. I can’t even get help finding anything, maybe the employees are just as confused by the chaos as the customers are so they avoid helping people. While looking to purchase a new TV6 employees walked by, 3 of which noticed our existence, non of which acknowledged it. We finally flagged down someone and asked him to check the price of one of the TV’s. He told us the price then walked away… without even asking if we wanted to get it or at least check to see if they had it in stock. I’m sorry Walmart, here I thought you were in the business of making money, but I guess all of your employees don’t have the same goals in mind. Finally a seventh employee walked by and to my amazement spoke to us! He was very helpful and as it turned out the tv we were looking for was not in stock, but honestly at that point I’m not even sure I would have bought it after the experience we had.

This Walmart is horrible managing their front end, during their peak hours on a weekend it’s hard to believe that they’re not better staffed. Waiting in line for 15 – 20 min for 4 items is a little extreme. I would go thru their self check out but I’m buying an e-cig and can only get it at a certain lane. Next time I will definitely pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

If it were entirely up to me, I would never submit myself to this shopping experience— like ever. But yet, here I am, forced to return time and time again. Making me lament, «Why God, why do you torment me so?! What am I being punished for? Why have you forsaken me?» The horrifying experience starts in the crowded parking lot with customers shuffling slowly down the middle of the road between spaces, as if it were exclusively a pedestrian walkway, disregarding that the commonly accepted notion that it’s made for cars(silly). Then you have to go inside the store to deal with the mess: the haphazardly stocked shelves, the disinterested employees, the random clothing item littering the middle of the bread aisle, and the«fun» obstacle course consisting of such things as exploded salsa(or Velveeta) jars left to fester as ersatz moats to run your cart through. I mean… don’t get me wrong, it’s not all bad. It can actually be fun if you enjoy shopping with rude people who are buying stuff with reckless abandon akin to preparing for an eminent Zombie apocalypse, fighting over the last bag of Cheetos. There’s a cost associated with the cheap prices, and I’m not willing to pay it.

Although I prefer to shop at Target, there are certain things that I like to get from Walmart, simply because they’re cheaper there. It’s convenient to stop by after eating at the Stevi B’s located in the same building. As Jamarcus T. had mentioned, there are two BLUE Redbox kiosks located inside as soon as you enter. Perhaps they use to be Blockbuster Express machines? Who knows. Yes, it is odd, but I’m a fan of Redbox and glad to see that they have kiosks in there. There’s also a McDonald’s located in the Walmart, but I guess their menu is limited. I recall a few months back when I tried to order a Vanilla Iced Coffee, and the employee stared at me like I was crazy. Strange. But it’s nice that they have a Mickey D’s conveniently located in this Walmart for most of the regular menu items. The store itself is kept fairly neat, and there are several small stores located inside by the checkout lanes. Although I’m not a customer, there’s also a SunTrust Bank. Overall, this Walmart gets 3.5 stars for their low-cost«OK» quality merchandise, relatively clean store environment, and«OK» customer service. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s rarely crowded, so you can move your cart around and shop with ease. Although I no longer live close by, I would recommend this Walmart to anyone in the area. [Review 192 of 366]

I can never find a salesperson in any of the departments. There are never any cashiers. The selection of meat is questionable. I would like a better organic section. I

The first thing that caught my eye about this Walmart had nothing to do with Walmart at all. The two red box machines inside the entrance to the store were blue! So i’m easily distracted… sue me! Dropped by here to grab some granola bars and surprise surprise, on a Sunday morning around 9am, it’s empty, perfect if you’re trying to dodge a congested time for shopping. Last observation: The electronic pen used to sign credit card orders was broken at the self check out… or so I thought until the cashier came over and smacked the pen against the screen to the point that I thought she was going to break it! Hey, it worked, and I was on my way. See ya later Walmart
