Last friday night — in the midst of supper rush(meaning I wasn’t there late night when you would EXPECT food to be old) I was given 2 burgers at the drive thru that tasted like they were made the day before. Neither my wife nor I could finish. Imagine my disgust further to find that this location can’t even get drinks correct! I don’t drink sodas, only unsweetened iced tea w/lemon. During the same visit with the hard hamburgers I asked for my unsweetened tea and was given some flavored tea of some sort. This was the SECOND time this had happened. So I parked and went in. I told the cashier what had happened at the drive thru and they went to a different tea container and got me 2 more — same problem. The only explanation from the employee — «maybe we accidentally put together some of our green tea bags with the regular tea bags.» I said«if that’s the case, you’ve done it before b/c I had the same problem here before» A very tall, well-dressed african-american gentleman who I assumed to be the manager was listening to my conversation but made ZERO effort to intervene and try to make things right. Needless to say, I’ll drive PAST this Wendy’s to to go to one father away.

On more than one occasion I have spent my entire lunch break from work sitting in the drive-thru. I don’t know why they are so slow?! Inside is even worse! Just go somewhere else until they figure out what they are doing during lunch hours.
