This guy will sell you a AC unit for double retail pricing acting like he is doing you a favor. 2 years ago he charged me $ 2,000 for a $ 800 unit. It was a rental unit on a weekend. This past week he was charging me $ 4,200 for a unit I could buy for $ 1,900. The difference on this second go around I had just finished building a house and bought the HVAC equipment myself. When I confronted him he dropped his price over $ 2,000. He also claims to be a Licensed Contractor offering double warranty. When I checked his license status it was under suspension.

Come home. Air didn’t work. Called jimco. They were here in 15 minutes. Had air in an hour. Awesome!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jim is an idiot!!! He is aggressive and tried to sell me a new air conditioner, because he said he could not fix it. I called another company and the only problem was my renters were not working the thermostat properly. Watch out for this guy, he doesn’t know what he is doing. Thank goodness I called another company and they were honest and didn’t even charge me.
