Stood in line for a ½ an hour waiting to check out. Only two registers open. Staff were oblivious to the long line & the so called manager came out & didn’t say a thing to anyone… didn’t even care or try to help. People were frustrated & mad. Some customers left their things and walked out! This happened a few weeks ago too but I figured it was Christmas rush & they were overwhelmed. No wonder Kmarts are going out of business! The cashier said they all got their hours cut. Just plain BAD/POOR MANAGEMENT! I’m so disappointed!

Another great old school trip to Kmart. Buying for the new get-away place in Bullhead. Three shirts $ 4.99 each. Who can complain? Toaster with an extended warranty. A garden hose for half the price of Home Depot. Bought this, that and the other too while here. This store seems to have an unusual variety of things I do not see in Prescott Valley. Definitely will be back.

While shopping in the Kmart in bullhead city today a cashier named Tracey was very rude and basically called me a liar. I didn’t like it so I marched back to the aisle and I took a picture of the sale sign after she told me it didn’t exist. It was a buy one get one half off of video games. The only reason my husband and I decided to get the games was because of the great sale. Both items were in the top bin and with the sale sign. I read the sign carefully because I know what its like to misread a sign and I didn’t want to look like a jerk. Well, eventually I go back there with Tracey to see the sign and she looked all put out like I killed a puppy or something. She kept sighing at us and looked generally mad that she had to «put up with us.» While back there the video game clerk started to take the sign out! Like it was a mistake being there. The sale didn’t end til 8⁄30. I felt like they were trying to hide it from me before I got there. Even though I had picture proof. Tracey was super rude and not helpful or nice. She made it seem like I purposely put the games in the bin with the sale. They were there before I got there. I don’t like her assuming it was me. I know other customers do it and that’s what I said. She looked at me like I was guilty and made me feel like crap. I told her to forget it because I couldn’t stand her looking down on me anymore. We did buy the games but we won’t be back. I get it. I am in customer service too but I suck up my feelings and try to at least act nice and helpful and not rude and accusing. If Tracey hates her job that much, go somewhere else! Anyway, I would appreciate it if next time they don’t treat me like a criminal(if I go back) and try to honor signs they have posted. Also while in the women’s bathroom I was washing my hands and watched an employee walk out without washing hers. I even called after her and was like; hey, wash your hands! Glad I wasn’t at a place where they handle food… YUCK. I generally like this place but it may a bit before I go back. And if I see Tracey again I won’t be in her line. I get being frustrated by other people but don’t take it out on me. We weren’t rude or demanding. Just wanted to get a deal that was presented. We still bought the games regardless that they wouldn’t acknowledge the sale price but it made me an angry panda.

It’s been a decade since I stepped into a Kmart and it hasn’t changed at all. See you again in another decade(if you are still around).

We have a couple KMart locations in Vegas, but this location in Bullhead City is my favorite. I spend more money here than I do at home. The selection is great, from clothes, shoes to household décor. I always make a point to shop here when me and Mom spend the weekend in Laughlin. Very well kept and clean. I even met an employee here in January that had just moved from Vegas. Small world!

Kmart is kmart, but this one was clean and well staffed. We had to kill time for about three hours(our car broke down when we got into town) and sat in the patio furniture department and had all kinds of fun. They never once asked us to leave. It was pretty nice. We also picked up a cart full of stuff for under 80 bucks. Not bad, I must say. Not bad.
