Food is Good and most of the staff was friendly. Our waitress Genie seemed to be more into checking her phone than actually doing her job. Multiple times she was off in a corner hiding, phone in hand. They do have live music Monday thru Wednesday, and have some good daily specials. Some times they close before scheduled hours. Place is always clean and inviting.

Party of three went on a Saturday afternoon. We start with the warm Artichoke Dip, it was wonderful, but the corn chips were not impressive. Two of us ordered the French onion soup, one thought it too salty, but I thought it was PERFECT. The croissant was as good as I have eaten in Paris. One had tuna salad sandwich which was good. The other had the Quiche. I am not a fan of Quiche. I had a bite and I must say this Quiche would convert me to loving Quiche. I had the Panini French Dip, au jus was spot on and the texture of the bread was to die for. A fresh pot of coffee was started for us and Lisa never let our cups wanting a refill. Thanks for the wonderful meal we will return and you will see us again and again.

Drove to Bullhead for Powerball tickets and came across this gem of a place for dinner. My family ordered the French Onion Soup, Meatloaf, Beef Stroganoff & Bread pudding — it was all phenomenal(I tried them all). Lisa’s has a lovely ambiance and the live music on a Monday night was a nice treat. The only thing I noticed that was odd is that didn’t have a wine list(advertised as a wine bar) and the very sweet server asked«what flavor» when my Mother in Law asked for a glass of wine. Whatever the house red was, it was good because my MIL didn’t complain. Check this cute little spot out and try their Fabulous comfort food — you won’t regret it!

So happy we finally stumbled across a delicious place for food out here in Bullhead and Laughlin. Finding a salad out here has been impossible for lunch, even at the hotels. We ordered a Greek Salad with chicken and it was delicious. Also had the French Onion and it was tasty. The broth on the soup was little over salted but still yummy. 5 stars on the salad, service, ambiance. 4.5 Onion Soup

What a hidden gem. Came here with a couple families after our son’s soccer game. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service. Everything seemed freshly made. My Cobb salad was yummy and was plated nicely. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was plentiful. My husband ordered a B.L.T. The boys ordered hamburgers and someone else ordered the quiche which she commented was probably one of the better quiches she’s eaten. Gosh, everything was good. There were Bloody Mary’s ordered and a Latte which were enjoyed as well. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here & will come back the next time I’m visiting the area.

Well I would have loved to have enjoyed their French Onion Soup. The reviews sold me on going. We showed up over an hour before they were to close and the band was packing up. The waitress stated they were closed as she was walking away. No regard whatsoever to the fact it was before their posted hours. So one star review for poor service/attitude and for not staying open for your posted hours.

I had my birthday dinner here on Saturday night with my family, and had never been before. Everything was great! The service and food were excellent! I believe our servers name was Amber, she recommended a drink called a Sexytini and it was delicious! It was a wonderful experience.

Love this place! The food is GREAT! They are all so friendly I really appreciate the way they take care of my mom… she goes in often by herself and she really feels comfortable sitting at the bar chit chatting with Lisa and her husband. It’s a very nice family atmosphere :-)

Insane French Onion soup! I’m so glad I found this bistro with a group of baseball mom’s while waiting for our boys to get done practice. It is a gem of a place with extremely nice husband/wife owners on site.

My family stopped in for a quick lunch, and our group got the club sandwich, the foot long hotdog, and the burger. All three were absolutely perfect– the type of idealized food you imagine in your head when you order but never seem to get. Well, friend, Lisa’s has you covered. They offer a side of fresh fruit, which is actually fresh, it’s not the sad soggy grapes that have accompanied meals at other places. Lisa’s has a very small town cozy feel, and you can tell the food is made with love. I can’t wait to come back with my friends.

Party of four. Greeted warmly and seated immediately. Enjoyable banter with the server, and drinks delivered quickly. The three that had Margaritas liked them a lot. Iced tea came from a never-empty pitcher. One couple split the vodka penne, and both ordered onion soup. They were willing to pay extra for the second soup, but the kitchen sent out the regular soup split into two, smaller, ramekins, with no extra charge. My wife ordered the quiche lorraine and fruit. The fruit was very fresh, with good texture. The quiche’s filling was very good, but the crust was overcooked. I ordered the beef stroganoff, onion soup, and a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The soup was to die for. The salad was fresh and crispy, and the dressing was very good. The stroganoff came with sour cream on the side(?). I tried it without and with, and liked it better with. The beef was like butter — melted in my mouth. The dish was excellent; I took ½ home and it was excellent the next day. Both couples split orders of «Better Than Anything» cake. Heaven! The service was quick, attentive, and solicitous, catering to our every whim with charm and humor. The chef/owner spent considerable time with us, making sure we were satisfied with all our food and service. We’re heading home tomorrow having just discovered this restaurant. Next year we’ll be patronizing it regularly.

My family and i read Unilocal reviews saying there was excellent food here. We arrived around 630 pm and it took a while to get service. There were three other groups at the time. The waitress had no idea what kinds of beer they had. We got our drinks. The waitress took our order and we waited for our food through another table receiving and finishing their food. Finally the food arrived and one order had been forgotten. So we substituted something else that would be ready fast. Mind you our two children were hungry and waiting for their food. Food was sub par. Shrimp were overcooked, italian sausage was comparable to store brand sausages. Worst of all was the lasagna. It was a bowl of cheese and sauce. Our waitress said the manager was gone so someone else came over to play manager for us. We paid for our drinks but refused to pay for the food and poor service. We will give them another chance but will call ahead to make sure managment is there.

Excellent fresh food at a good value prepared by charming Swiss chef/owner. Deli and diner classics like French onion soup, Greek salad, and meat lasagna are super fresh and done to perfection. Prices are totally affordable, more than fair. The ambiance is simple but warm, sharp, new, and clean. And there’s a full bar if you’re so inclined. It’s a little off-the-beaten-path to attract tourists, but If you live in the area, you have no reason to ever go to some chain restaurant again. You’ll get a better product at a better price becoming a regular here.

This place is seriously wonderful. In this little town of Bullhead, you get used to writing not so flattering reviews about restaurants because, let’s be honest. A lot of places just don’t measure up to even adequate standards. I am so happy to be able to write a great review for a change. Lisa’s Bistro is a fantastic diamond in the rough. We felt welcome there the moment we walked in. The French onion soup was on par with some of the best restaurants I’ve visited. The chef was also very kind to come out, ask how our soup was, and even urged us to order our food before he gets orders for a large group of 30 ordered. Once we placed our order, we had our food within minutes. I urge all that are looking at this to give the place a shot. We really enjoyed it, and will most certainly return!
