DO NOT be deceived by how it looks all pretty with trees and plants, This is not a nice place for man or animals, it is mostly made-​up of full-​timers and cranky old people that do not like new comers. The list of rules tells you to walk your pets in the «washout areas» but if you do they yell at you and be sure to park your truck away from your full time neighbor or you will get talked that your truck is bothering your neighbor… so if I can’t park my truck in the space that I just rented where do I park and why can’t I park next to my 5^th wheel. It just seemed that there is no pleasing these people. Will never stay here again nor will I refer anyone to this place. People don’t be deceived by how pretty it looks… it is the worst!!!

This place is mostly permanent residents. They apparently don’t like outsiders. Telling management things to try to get you in trouble. Spots are small and park is hard to maneuver in. Made reservation, went to showers to find out no hot water. This was know to them when reservation was made. I was not told. Cable tv is horrible. Location will not allow your satellite to work. They say WIFI, but it’s only if you are sitting in the club house. Office says they are open until 5 pm, good luck finding them after 4. Dog walk area is in some rain wash. Hot deep sand full of rocks, glass, and dog poop that the lazy people don’t want to pick up. They claim to be a 5 star park… That’s a joke. Zero stars if I could. Would not recommend going there to visit anyone let alone stay.
