Silver Cliffs Apartments

Been living here for about 6 months. At first it seemed nice. But lately it has gotten so bad. Had a few break ins of cars, one person living here had his car stolen and burned in the desert. People cannot control their dogs, letting them bark all the time. And the office does nothing, says its not their problem. They have no security, the property is not well lite at night. No monitoring of personal property. you think with all the money this place takes in a month they could afford a security system. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The next thing you know they will be breaking into peoples apartments. Please look elsewhere for a place to live.

Moved here a couple of months ago. Nice area, clean, the pool is nice but have not been in it since its cooled down a bit so I can’t rate if it really is heated. The fitness room is disappointing the equipment is really old and treadmill was broken last time I checked. I should have looked at that better on my tour, I didn’t want to have to pay for a gym membership somewhere.
The apartments are nice and very roomy. I have a 1 bedroom. The colors are nice, no boring white walls is a plus! So glad to have a laundry room and its off the balcony so it doesn’t take up room in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. Central air is great! All windows have blinds and vertical blinds on the patio slider. Overall great place, think I made a good choice. There are some really crappy places around town.
