Quality Inn

The desk clerk was very pleasant and friendly. We had a pet do were given a stinky room. It was obviously soiled by previous pets, but ok, not the first time that’s happened. However, when we found a feather and a straw in the floor between the beds, and a discarded cup in the trash, we had to conclude that the floor had not been vacuumed, and the trash not dumped.
When my husband took the evidence to show the clerk, she just said sorry, I don’t have anything to do with the cleaning.
It’s 7:30, and we and a guy on a motorcycle are the only ones here.
Should be quiet…

Bed was very comfy and pillows were heavenly. If you stay in a non pet room you are probably ok.

My room smelled like animal urine! I have stayed in many hotels with my dog but never slept in one where the room lingered of an ammonia smell from urine. It hit me hard as soon as I walked in.
The stinch was so awful, I can’t imagine the room was properly ckeanes to meet health codes. In addition, there were holes in the bedding. I don’t know how a non animal room would be but if you own a well trained animal, are clean and take care of your belongings, I’d avoid this place.
I think I would have been better to take a non-​animal room and risk fees, just to avoid stinch and lack of proper sanitation. Thumbs down all around. My expectation in saying I have a animal is too pay more yes, but not down grade cleanliness and quality. My dog doesn’t pee in the room and I don’t want to be around someone else’s dog’s urine!
