Incredible full-​body workout that kicks my ass and makes want to come back as soon as I can. Hard cardio, intense strength training, serious core work and an exhilarating way to release tension. I only wish I could go more often. Thanks, Adam.

Had such a good class with Adam! I worked every muscle in my body, I have a hard time staying motivated at the gym so it really helps being pushed like that! Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable even though I didn’t know anyone! Have gone twice now and definitely wanna go back soon!

The class varies from 6 – 15 people of all different shapes and sizes… The week before Christmas everyone was shopping, and I was the only person that night to show up… Instead of cancelling on me… Adam took me through a great 1 hour workout all by myself. same as he treats an entire class … I’m 47 and I go twice a week and haven’t felt this good since I was 30… Jamming music and some laughs. def a cool dude.

Best workout in town, hands down. Adam knows how to work the class. He also knows how to work with people at all levels. The class is always challenging, but manageable for people just starting out, where you can go your own pace.
Honestly, I’m bummed that I don’t work closer, otherwise I’d be in his class at least 3 – 4 times a week instead of just weekends.
If you’re looking to try boxing and get a tough, fast paced workout, this is the class!

I took the noon boxing class on Friday and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire experience.
Very relaxed atmosphere but Adam knows how to put you to work. I seriously don’t think I have ever sweat that hard… ever. Adam keeps up great energy through out the class and the pump up music in the background definitely helps. You’re constantly moving getting in cardio and toning your muscles at the same. Though there were about 7 – 8 other people in the class, Adam was very attentive with everyone working on form and technique. I never once realized I was actually working out because the class was fun yet challenging. It was great workout and the people in the class were very nice and helpful being it was my first time there.
There was also plenty of parking, which is always a 5 star experience in LA. The class is also incredibly affordable, $ 10 for an hour and about 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe it!
Will definitely be back.

Best workout of my life! This class is the perfect challenge for all levels so no need to feel intimidated. It’s the most fun I’ve had working out. Seriously, I’m addicted and would go everyday if I could. Adam is an amazing trainer!!! He keeps the energy high and really motivates you to keep going. No contracts or packages so it’s super easy to drop in! Great hours and it’s only $ 10 a class (cash).

Adams bootcamp classes are awesome! It’s an hour packed with cardio, upper body, legs, and abs. You can’t ask for more. Also, Adam does an awesome job of changing it up class after class so it doesn’t get boring and at $ 10 a class, you can’t beat the price.

Amazing class!
I walk in feeling like a dollar and leave feeling like a million bucks! Best stress relief, cardio, and boxing workout! It covers everything from cardio, arms, legs, and abs! Everyone is super friendly, Adam is helpful, plus he has good taste in cars! I can say hands down this is the best class I have ever taken =)

One of the best fat burning /​cardio/​boxing workouts I’ve had! It’s a hour class and the whole time it’s an intense class. If you have any issues such problems with your knees arms ect. I have been looking for a work out to beat all workouts. Boy did I ever find one!
THE WORKOUT:
Adam runs a great class that is ever changing in its line up. Which is great, bc I get bored easily in my work outs. I was a little nervousness about boxing, as I had never hit anything before. This workout is fantastic. I walk away with knowing I worked my whole body and at $ 10 for an hour?! I’m sold. BEST WORKOUT IN THE VALLEY!
THE COACH:
He is great at motivating you, but not annoyingly pushy. He may have a full class, but keeps a good eye out to make sure you are in good form, and not going to injure yourself.
THE PEOPLE
I hate classes full of pretentious people on whatever diet is popular. I come to work out and sweat my butt off, I don’t want to talk stocks. Everyone here is very friendly, but knows when to get to work. There’s some chit chat before and after; has a very neighborhood feel, which is GREAT!

Adams Bootcamp is amazing. I’ve taken his classes for over 3 years and the results are amazing. This hour long class incorporates all the fundamentals of boxing. It’s fun and reduces a ton lot of stress. Each class is always different but expect to get some time on the bags (heavy, speed and upper cut), one on one pad work, weights, footwork and rope just to name a few. It’s affordable and Adam is always willing to help with technique.
I’ve also done personal training with Adam. I highly recommend this to anyone just starting out.

I’ve been coming to his classes since February and it’s by far my favorite part of my fitness routine. Here’s why
1) Results– It’s no secret I’m a fitness freak. I run, gym, hike, and throw in some insanity and yoga every once in a while. But no other workout has fully changed the shapes and strength of my entire body the way Adam’s classes have. Seriously, my arms are toner, I can run longer distances, my butt is lifted, my abs are much more defined… And that’s just from a couple 1hr classes each week! Prepare to sweat
2) Small Classes– Even in his group classes, he gives one-​on-​one attention thru individual mittwork, fixing your form, and teaching a large variation of technique. No class is ever the same.
3) Vibe– His independently-​run classes attract a great crowd of supportive and like-​minded people. Some who come here are like me, just someone who wants to be healthy after a long day at work across the street at Warner Music Group or are beginners. And others are personal trainers, marathon runners, etc. But every single person is super chill and adds to the positive energy of his classes
4) Affordable cost– at $ 10/​class it doesn’t get any better. The absolute best investment on my health and happiness
5) Good music, there’s always parking!
6) Finally, ADAM IS AWESOME!!!

I typically HATE bootcamps and refuse to go… but this bootcamp I swear by!!! The workout is amazing, the people are so welcoming and supportive and Adam is the best!!! He is supportive, encouraging and motivational! He really pushes you but doesn’t scream at you or demean you like some bootcamp instructors and some martial art/​boxing instructors. He really is an amazing instructor and I highly recommend the class! You always leave feeling much better about yourself. I try to go at least twice a week! If I could I would go every day! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
