I purchased a mattress a month ago the salesperson said I had 30 days to try it and my Wife was not happy with it so we went back and told him we wanted another mattress he said ok we just have to pay the difference of $ 150 plus $ 60 shipping. I told him I wouldn’t do that. He called his Manager and said I’ll have to do is pay the $ 60 for shipping my wife said no so I said no I first got charged $ 30 for shipping the 1st time. He said that’s their 30 day comfort policy. I told him I regret going to American Mattress. i should went back to Bedding Experts. The whole 30 day is just a switch and bait. I do not recommend American Mattress got to other stores.
No recomendo a esta tienda y compania!
