once the sale is complete the service and friendly smiles stop. paid 10g for a car there, traded in a car i owed 1500 on and paid the balance in cash. when i was about to leave i noticed the remote was not working. was told it just needs a battery if not they would take care of it. put in a new battery and it wouldn’t work. called them up and they said the remote wasn’t covered under waranty. reminded him what he told me and he said he would have to talk to the owner (who was also present when i noticed the remote not working)…never called back. called him again. said he would check on it… never called back i. had to buy a new remote from mercedes.$ 215 .2 weeks later my trade in hasn’t been paid off yet so i call again… will check on it and call back… never called back now in 10 more days a payment is due on my trade in if it hasnt been paid off by then its lawyer time. stay clear of this place. find a reputable business to buy a car from not these people

Bought my used car here, worst experience ever. They held on to the car for almost 7 days after I put $ 9000 down and would not tell me what the hell they were doing to it. Finally get it back after it was suppose to be detailed and looks like someone wiped it down with a wet rag to clean it.
The owner tells me he is still waiting on parts for the car but I can take it now and they will call me back when they come in and put the parts on. Jump to 2 months later no returned calls no nothing. Fixed the car myself.
Really felt like they could care less about you as a customer, pretty laaaaaaaame! If I did not want this car so bad I would have totally not have dealt with this place.
