We had a wonderful experience with Bayside Builders– especially Alice. We were initially very nervous to re-​do our master bath, but Alice and her team made it actually very easy. She worked with us on our budget, helped us with decisions, and didn’t mind when we changed up a few things mid process. The men that did the work were professional, trust-​worthy, and did beautiful work. They came every day and worked from 8am until 6pm with a small break for lunch– and that was it. We liked them so much we decided to do a second bathroom!

I recently referred buyers of mine to Bayside. I’m always reluctant to refer anyone I haven’t worked with before because it’s my reputation on the line, but they came highly recommended by a co-​worker.
Wow. Just wow. Quality workmanship through and through. I was blown away when I went for a follow-​up visit and saw the interior and exterior upgrades. My clients, although amazing people, were beyond particular. They had specific wants and needs and they were all met. Every. Last. One. Happy clients lead to referrals and that makes for a very happy me.

Bayside builders, is has an exceptional team and very competitive fee. The work done was quality and the crew could not have been easier to work with. They were lovely in dealing with my family and animals, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and security of our home. Our opinion was asked on every decision– i.e. how high to place the sconces, what kind of edge on the vanity, what color of grout for the tile, and a million others. However, I think I could’ve just let the guys go to it, and they would have made the same decisions. As these projects are always a journey, I was so pleased with my decision to hire Jose, as when bumps in the road occurred and we had to tackle unexpected items, they were very knowledgeable and resourceful on how to approach situations that arose. I couldn’t recommend their services more, and we intend to use them for the larger projects planned for my home.

I would highly recommend Bayside Builders — I had an emergency roof leak and they fit me into their schedule and completed the repair the same day at a great price!

I found Bayside builders through a recommendation from my realtor. Had to redo my kitchen and master bathroom. Alice was really great because I’m very opinionated on what I want and when I told her, she helped me obtain my vision. She only told me things that didn’t work because of special reasons I didn’t think of. She is also there when I have things that had more wiggle room. She is also very prompt when concerns arise or when I have large changes in what I want. (SORRY FOR THE HEADACHE)
