When I started to go to Dr. Spalla, I had a lot of back pain due to my scoliosis. My back pain was intolerable. But Dr. Spalla and his team have helped me get my pain under control. I highly recommend him. Great friendly staff!

I went to Dr. Spalla because of severe arthritis pain in both hands and back. After 2 months of treatment 2xs a week, I am able to move freely and have not taken a pain pill in 5 days — unheard of for me! Dr. Spalla advised me on diet and gave me a vitamin combination that has me feeling top notch. I will continue to see Dr. Spalla on a frequent, and will also do exactly what he has advised me to do because it works! I highly recommend Dr. Spalla and his massage theapists.

I love this place!!! The staff is always friendly. I am such a needed person (I’ll admit it) and Dr Spalla is so patient with me. I hate my neck being manipulated, so instead he stretches my spine out to aline everything without the twisting of my neck. I am so grateful to him for working with me. I go there in pain or with a headache and walk out feeling so much better!

Dr. Spalla was recommended to me by my best friend who just had a baby and started having lower back problems. She saw Dr. Spalla and mentioned that he is a genious. He is in it to genuinely help people. I have now been seeing Dr. Spalla for couple months and he has definately helped in managing my lower back pain. When I got to his office for the first time I could only reach down just past my knees, and after just the first consultation I was able to touch the ground with my palms. Amazing. I can now do yoga with no problems as well, thans to Dr. John. Keep up the good work Dr. Spalla. I will continue to get my massages with Vanessa, she is fenaminal at what she does too.
