Same deal, some company called OKO showed up and i feel like they RAPED me on the price. I had them open a door because the lock was broken, they nickel and dimed me on the price ended up at $ 200.00! They had me over a barrell. Do not use this company they are a ripoff.

I asked the technician for two separate locks, one for the front door and one for the back doors. My wife and I were very clear that front door and back doors should be two different locks. He gave me two identical keys. When I became aware that all locks were the same, and asked for him to repair the mistake he demanded another fee for a house call to fix it. $ 300 for 45 minutes is a bit pricey. The problem is still unresolved. And beware, when you call Burbank Lock and Key a company that is called O.K.O shows up.
