Burbank Village Apartments

I have lived here for almost three years, they have taken away most of the amenities included from when I first moved in. The pool table room, the 24 hour roof access, the ability to post papers in the mail room when you have stuff to sell.
And the bug problem is a nightmare! Bugs everywhere and they do nothing to fix it.
The laundry room used to be 24 hours, which is great because in this town people keep all different schedules, now its from 9 to 9, but they also UNPLUG your machines even if your load is still going! ROBBING YOU OF THE MONEY YOU PUT IN THE MACHINE AND LEAVING YOUR WET CLOTHES THERE ALL NIGHT!
A women named Sue used to be the go to manager, but she has since left. The new people are a nightmare! They are constantly making excuses about, «yes, the tenant board is coming soon where you can put up all your info and fliers and things.»
That was months ago, those lying asshats have no real desire to get a tenant board put up at all.
The location is a great one, but for all the other things you have to deal with, this place is so not worth it. I’m looking for a new place and will advice people to look elsewhere.
Oh, and the balconies are ALWAYS locked. ALWAYS. Fire hazard if you ask me.
