Castle Inn Tap & Liquors

First time in the place it was a nice neighborhood bar. The food was OUTSTANDING… one of the best handmade cheeseburgers!!! I will be back for lunch

Going to the castle walking in there you’ll always know some one. Jim the owner is just terrific n the bar girls are so sweet. It really feels down to earth in there.

I love this place. I like local neighborhood bars and this was the best I’ve walked into. The staff is friendly and fun. They make you feel welcome and most of the time remember your name and your favorite beer, drink or shot :), I thought that was pretty impressive since most places don’t even ask your name. The patrons are mostly locals and will make you a part of their conversation or shenanigans lol. The kitchen is open during Blackhawks games and the food was amazing! I had the cheeseburger, made perfectly, with all the fixings, homemade french fries were amazing and lastly the fried frickles, fried pickles with a tangy home-​made sauce. If you like local bars, like to meet new characters and have a sense of humor then this is the place to check out.

I went there for a playoff NFL game. The crowd was tanked, loud and rude. The place was very small and there was like no parking. I had to chance it on the nearby permit parking. This place could use a better remodeling fix by tyhe owner. It is one of them bars that looks cool on the inside but very disappointing on the inside. few beer choices also makes this place not worth a second venture. A very bad bar.

No there is no food, just alcohol. The liquid lunch gets all the attention, but third shifters have made an institution of morning drinking at the Castle long before Burbank was even a City.
A pretty friendly crowd by Burbank standards, I have broken into Polish bar songs with the tender, and had regulars buy a round for the house.
Don’t get me wrong, if you aren’t wearing your favorite teams colors or some Harley stuff, they will peg you as an out of towner. But unlike some of the other local joints they will leave you be, well unless they remember you from Highschool, then you are screwed.
