Curtis Construction Services

Curtis construction is a scam and never finished the agreed upon contract. I signed a contract with Curtis to have an engineer to do plans for the removal of a load bearing wall. In his contract he states that I could use a credit of $ 1000 towards ANY construction work. Once I notified him that he didn’t get the job, he took the cash and ran.
Additional, the plans he did kept getting rejected by the city and I had to go to the city several times to clear it up.
Be aware of Curtis, he will take your money and run. He never returned my calls for work to be done for the $ 1000. He told me that I needed to take him to court.
I should of known when he cashed the check immediately after I gave it to him. We had to meet at a bank. Twenty minutes away from the job site.
Be careful, he will con you in believing he done good work and showed you random pictures on the website but will take your money with work not done.

Daniel first came out to inspect himself what the scope of the work would be. Before we even started we sat down and he offered and showed me his business license, insurance, bonding, construction groups he belongs to and references. This was refreshing as usually you have to ask for all that and most contractors don’t come prepared with everything up front. After looking at the project he estimated the time and cost which was very reasonable. He explained in detail what he would do.
We scheduled a time to start, the worker arrived on time ready to go to work. He was neat and clean and every step along the way he would ask me to look so he could explain what he did, what he saw and the next steps. Daniel either stopped by each day or called me to make sure everything was going as planned and I was happy. The work was done very well, with a lot of care. I would definitely call them for any other repairs or projects I have.

I hired Curtis Construction to remodel my kitchen and guest bathroom and I had a wonderful experience. These areas needed an overhaul and I am so thrilled that I found Daniel. He was honest and punctual. He gave me new ideas and my kitchen turned into my dream kitchen with all the bells and whistles. I also got a great deal and stayed within my budget, which was really important to me. The whole crew was amazing and did an outstanding job from the demo to the finished product. I would highly recommend Curtis Construction for anything you might need. I will definitely be using them again very soon.
