I dropped my iPhone 5 today and this was the closest repair store next to me and I thought I should come by to see if they can fix it and they did a great job. It was an average price for the repair and they gave me a 1 month warranty. I am definitely coming back here in the future if I need another repair!

took in my Blackberry (yes still use one) for a broken ear piece jack connection. They said they probably had to order a new part and that it would take 3 – 4 days to get in, but offered to check it out anyway first. Left the phone with them, and an hour later they called and said it was fixed!!! not only that, it was $ 20 bucks only! Couldn’t be more happier with the service and the result. Highly recommended place!

I needed to unlock an iphone 4 and was in Burbank so I Unilocaled to see which cell phone shop was open at 6:30 pm. I found only a couple and one of them was Direct Connections. They unlocked my phone in a matter of minutes and only charged me $ 30! WOW! What a deal! Others were charging as much as $ 50 for the same service. Mike was very patient, friendly and helped answer all my questions. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the pricing and service of this business and will highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

this cell phone store has a very good and honest staff that will help you get the best deal. i told them i was on a tight budget, but and wanted to get some cell. service for my son. they showed me some of the cell phone carriers that they had and explained the best option that would fit my budget
i had no problems on asking questions, not like other cell phone places that you are rushed or pressured.
very happy our cell phone service.
