Diverse Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial

I chose this company based on the reviews, and they delivered! My carpet needed some pro assistance due to a cooking oil spill and Edward was able to make it look like the spill never happened. Carpets are like new, just in time for a visit from out of state relatives. Highly recommend this company. Roland was very helpful on the phone, professional and straight forward. Edward who performed the work was also very professional, and a good guy.

Based on the five-​star reviews, I took a leap of faith to use Diverse to clean my apt carpet, which hadn’t been so thoroughly cleaned for ²¹⁄₂ years. My little 14-​year-​old dog had left her mark in a couple of places. Roland and his brother were unfailingly polite, congenial and explained the comprehensive process step by step. My place smells and feels clean and fresh again. I highly recommend this business, which places customer service as a top priority.

Had a couple bad accidents happen on my beloved couch, called up diverse cleaning to help me out. Roland came out and did a great job shampooing my couch for a really fair price. Got it looking and smelling great after all its been through. Roland was even nice enough to take the time to help me move my couch to a new room, which was a giant inconvenience and he totally didnt have to help me do that. But he went above and beyond and did it no questions asked. Had a great experience and would recommend them 100%!!! don’t waste your time or money on stanley steamer ever again.

When we moved into our new place last summer my one beef with our new place and landlord was that the carpet on the stairs looked awful. The carpeting everywhere else was fine, but the carpet was not. I thought that the carpet should be replaced but she just would not do it. Anyway, fast forward to present time and I decide to finally have someone come and take a look at it. I called Roland who came out same day for a quote. Not only did he come out to look on that same day that I called, he did the work that day too. I had my doubts but when he was finished the carpet looked BRAND NEW! I was stunned as I had really thought that they were beyond saving. He was very informative, punctual, and pleasant… didn’t feel weird having him in the house at all even though I was by myself. I will call on him again when we decide to do the rest of the house.

We just moved in to our new place, and we needed the carpet cleaning for the entire apartment including balconies with some nasty greasy stains from the grill-​machine. Roland and David did a really great job, they were on time for the location, fast and efficient, and just generally they are really awesome guys.
Prices are reasonable, carpets look neat and tidy, me like it ;)

Roland comes and gives an estimate and believe me it’s not only a fair price but he has a process that I’ve never experienced before. He really cares and wants to do his best. Decided it was time to clean our carpets, with the new baby on the way. We chose Diverse Carpet cleaning & janitorial to do the job, and they did not disappoint. I chose to go with Diverse, because Roland came to our apartment and did an on-​site survey and gave us a very fair quote upon inspection of our 2 story unit. We had our whole apartment cleaned… living room, dining room, stairs, and two bedrooms.
Despite it being a terrible day for carpet cleaning due to the weather (rain), Diverse did an excellent job. They really take the time to do things right! They vacuum the whole place first, then do a pre-​wash & scrub, and finally a hot water extraction. Roland also threw in the spot treatment and deodorizer for free.
We chose to go with an organic cleaner, over the traditional cleaner, because of our new born coming on the way. It got all the stains out no problem. The carpets dried pretty quickly, even with the bad weather.
I will definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them! Super friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
