I contacted Oscar in June and he came to my house to prepare an estimate for some work in my garage that I wanted done in July. He told me he would get the estimate to me by the end of that week. I never heard from him again. If he wasn’t interested in the job, it would have been more professional to let me know rather than just ignore me. I didn’t bother to contact him again and I hired someone else for the work.

I have found my electrician!!! 5 stars for being responsive, on time, giving me a fair price, thoroughly explaining my options, and getting the work done quickly. Not to mention the fact that Oscar is a GREAT guy… Easy to chat with, has a great demeanor. He has the skills, the personality and the pride in workmanship I’ve been looking for and I will DEFINITELY be using Oscar again. He fixed a shorted light on my back porch and gave me a new light in my very dark closet. He gave me very fair bids on some recessed lighting jobs in my house I am hoping to get done soon. My sister had found him on Angie’s List and referred him to me after she was thrilled with the work he did at her house — which included new landscape lighting in her backyard, recessed lighting in her kitchen and the installation of a chandelier I had given her as a gift… She was very impressed with him and gave me his name. Thank you sister!!!

Oscar at Doll Electric has done several jobs for us including recessed lighting at a great price. He also has installed several GFCI outlets and other odds and ends, including lights over our garage. He is reliable, and comes on time and pays attention to detail. I recommend him. He was referred by a friend who was happy with his service, and we are having him come back to do our lighting outside. He’s also super nice.
