Delivered exactly what I needed! Prices are very reasonable and they worked efficiently. They were accurate on the driving time and arrived on time for the move. I had a large couch that didn’t fit up the stairs. They managed to haul it over the balcony! I would’ve never gotten it into the place otherwise. I believe the name of the guy was Vlad but I can’t remember the other guy. Totally worth it.
They also never offered a discount for a five star review which I’ve heard happens with other moving companies.

Ruan and my other mover were a great help. They came very prepared and offered wrapping with plastic and moving blankets as well as wardrobe holders with no additional cost. They were calm, friendly and efficient. They did not slack off at all, and even let me ride in their truck with them. Thank you!

I just used these guys again for the 3rd time! They are so reliable, honest, prompt, responsible etc. I used 3 guys to move me because I think that’s the most efficient. They made the moving trauma so less traumatic. You’ll be in good hands with this company. Thank u Rauan, Andrey and Vlad! Excellent job!

FYI– These guys are Russians.
Yes, they have a low hourly price… So I booked them. Omg!!! These people move like turtles. They broke my furniture and only offered to pay up to $ 100… They said when I called the job for 3 bedroom would take up to 5 hrs max. I even packaged and boxed everything myself beforehand to save money. They’ve been working for 11 hrs and still not done. what’s the point of the low fee is you take your dandy time. So in the end you don’t end up saving money, I will probably still end up paying the same as i would of if I got a professional moving company who could have done the same job in 5 hours.
Next time I need to find someone who will give me a flat rate for the entire move and a bigger truck. How can you be a moving company if the largest truck you have needs to make 2 trips for a 3 bedroom house? Crazy.

I have never used a moving company before but I needed to move ASAP so I called Exceptional Movers and right from the first initial contact through the phone they were corteous and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and packaged and wrapped my stuff as if it was their own. My whole experience was excellent and they really earned their money because they worked hard. I would recommend Exceptional Movers because they have reasonable rates and they know what they are doing. They earn their name.

Not only are these guys professional; but they are kind, considerate and true gentlemen! Igor and Dimitri helped me move my one bdrm from Studio City to Tarzana and it was a wonderful experience! They are fair and very helpful, they obviously had many years of moving experience and took care of everything effortlessly… these guys ROCK!

Daniel and Alex were life savers… we called them around noon and they were ready to move us by 2pm. They worked so quickly and efficiently and had the most upbeat attitudes ever. I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work especially at the last minute. I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs and would rehire them in a heartbeat. The company & their movers are very fast & thorough. The services & prices are all inclusive with assembly /​reassembly, packing, organizing & delivery. Prices would have been more reasonable if I wasn’t tardy, anticipating their swift services. Lol! Very friendly & thorough with prices, quotes, & communication. Plus they took my request last minute. Would recommend for fair & excellent service!

I hate moving! But if you have to move, great movers make it easier. I had a friend who highly recommended Exceptional Movers and I have to say she was right! Vladimir and Vlad moved me quickly and efficiently. I will have to move again in about 4 months and will definitely use them again!

Hmmmmm, from Los Angeles to Torrance moving a bedroom set, fridge, and a desk, total time 3 hours… Plus 1 hour drive time on a Sunday. So a total of 5 hours I was charged. I don’t know anything about moving, so I’m just stating how long they took.
The movers DO let you know about pre damaged items, like my dresser for instance, but I don’t remember my night stand having damages on the bottom, maybe they forgot to mention? Or maybe I just did it myself because… ?
Service is great, office staff is friendly, and price /​hour is excellent for an end of the month move and short notice.

Amazing service! They finished a huge job of moving my family from Van Nuys to Ventura in record time. They took great care of our furniture, no dings, dents, or scratches and they don’t pressure you to buy add ons. They are really hard working, and polite guys. I shopped around for movers for a while and I’m so glad I chose Exceptional Movers.

We used them for a local move last weekend. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. They did not at all try to sell unnecessary services or supplies. They had to wrap all furniture with shrink wrap and charged only a small fee for it. The entire move was done faster than we expected. Very reasonable price. Would use them again.

These movers were totally incompetent. They didn’t use the blankets, rope and straps provided and consequently several pieces of furniture broke in transit.
They talk as if they know what they are doing, but stay away.
