I always receive the best service here. I take my personal car and my business van here for service. If you go after 1pm it’s not too busy. But it’s never a long wait, they always recommend any service you might need but never pushy. Prices are right, the guys are great and there is a nice waiting room while they service your car. I would not go anywhere else.

Came today to express auto center for a quick oil Change and it was fast and easy. The customer service was very good compared to other mechanic shops in the area and upon inspection of my car they noticed my brakes needed to be replaced and rather like other shops and just trusting them they actually showed me and compared it to a newer one and so I got my brakes replaced as well. Overall very helpful and honest staff and I will most definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I’ve been coming here for years, fast and very polite staff. A very hassle free environment and the mechanics really take the time to break down each process. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great waiting room and very clean. Definitely the best shop in town!!!

This place is a RIP OFF. Spoke to someone on the phone who said my oil change would cost $ 75 (I need synthetic for my VW) and when I went in it was $ 113. The guy said doing the extras were part of the «package». Went to J’s Auto Clinic in Burbank and he charged me $ 82. Not planning on going back to this place for any reason.

I’m new to town and didn’t know where to go. I was recommended to Express Auto after my Mercedes shut down and wouldn’t turn on. They helped me get a tow truck and gave me the best service and price I’ve ever had for my MB. Recommend anyone taking any car there.

This place is awesome! It’s hard to find an honest auto mechanic shop now a days, especially as a woman. The staff here was so helpful and clearly explained to me what service my care needed and even proposed less costly ways of getting the work done. Very reliable, honest, fast and dependable. If you come in for an oil change, you’ll get just that. No extras like inspections, topping off other vital fluids, tire pressure, wipers, air filters, etc. Their oil change is as basic as it gets, yet priced the same as competitors that go that extra mile.

I got an engine flush, oil change and new air filter here. Brian gave me a straightforward diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I was the only customer so I was in and out of there.

Had a blown taillight and had Autozone replace it. I realized soon after that my taillight still wasn’t working: worried, I called the nearest shop I could find. I usually go jogging on the Chandler path, so I wanted to check out this local place.
Within thirty minutes, they realized the problem: nothing was wrong, the guy at Autozone used the incorrect blubs. Thank god there wasn’t a bigger issue! The mechanics were kind enough to also replace another blown light of mine (that I didn’t even know I had!) and also did it FREE OF CHARGE. Really made my day, and my life, easier. I at least owe them a great review! I’ll be sure to come here again!

The service at express lube is excellent.
My story:
My car recently failed a smog test because a mechanic at the now closed Burbank Auto Repair cut the wires on the check engine light a year ago because he couldn’t fix the problem and rather than tell me he couldn’t fix it he just severed the wires to the check engine light and had me believe he fixed it. $ 490.00 later!
Because the check engine light was messed with my car failed the smog test because an O2 sensor was out. (This is what probably should have been replaced by Burbank Auto Repair.)
Express Lube found the cut check engine wire, fixed it, diagnosed the bad sensor, fixed the sensor and the car passed the smog check. They were fast, skillful, courteous, friendly, and intelligent auto mechanics. They know what they are doing. They work fast but smart. I would highly recommend them!
They are also honest, trustworthy and dependable. Love them!

Under new ownership.
The new owner is one of the best mechanics in the city of Burbank, as well as the owner of Jay’s auto clinic on Glenoaks.
I came in on the weekend expecting to wait an hour or more for an oil change,. Oh how wrong I was, I was in and out in about 30 minutes including payment. The staff was friendly and work was spot on. I will be bringing the cars back in the future.
