My husband and I had been searching for a new car and we had been looking for quite some time before stumbling across our perfect match. We showed up to the location and Charlie provided excellent customer service. We test drove the car, it was in awesome condition. I immedoately fell in love with it! Charlie was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we may have had. The process was very quick overall and he was a pleasure to work with! Well let me start off by saying I dealt with Charlie at this place. He was very knowledgeable about Maserati in particular. Which was great! because that’s what I was there to buy. Moving on.
Upon walking into their facility it was bright, elegant and inviting. The show room was beautiful and clean. I had my mind set on a 2004 Maserati M128 GT coupe. They didn’t question me at all for a test drive and took me seriously. I felt very respected at this place and their pride in treating their customers right showed.
Drove the car and it was definitely what I wanted. I asked about a few things if it can be fixed on the car. But they told me it will be sold as is. No worries! just trying to see if maybe they would of said yes:). But this is a used car dealer and it’s a hit or miss with anyone. Charlie than told me he would have no problem fixing an issue before he sold it if it was a large issue. The issue I had was just a simple scratch and headlight bulb was out. Two simple things I can fix myself so no big deal here.
Upon making the deal it took us about a day or so to work the numbers. And I wanted to have the car towed to my own mechanic for inspected. He agreed with no hesitation which showed he is selling me a good car. It all worked out in the end and I’m glad I got the car from them.
I had the car for two years before selling it. I didn’t have ONE single problem with the car ever. I daily drove it and it was pristine.
If you want a used Maserati I highly recommend going here and asking for Charlie.
I was very happy with my car for the time I drove it. I will definitely be coming back here when I plan on buying another one.
