Amazing place for cell phone accessories. Loved their pricing as well as their service. Friendly and very helpful employees. I normally dont find stuff for my phone easy but here I was able to walk in find a case an even receive a free usb cable thanks to the friendly gentlemen who helped me. I appreciate it an will most definitely be back.

Without group micro, I would be up a creek without a paddle! As a part of the Apple Beta program, I get early access to developer builds of OS X. The first beta version for Yosemite completely bricked my computer. Since the computer is an old iMac and I had installed Beta software, no one in the Apple Store would help me. I couldn’t even ask for help on the Apple Support forums because it is against the rules to discuss anything in Beta. So basically the computer was bricked and no one could/​would help me. Group Micro successfully pulled all the data from my hard drive and installed a clean copy of Mavericks. It was as if nothing had ever happened. Later on I was able to successfully upgrade to Yosemite when a more stable build was released. Problem solved! If you need any kind of data recovery or help with your Mac, give them a call. They make Apple geniuses look like toddlers!

These guys are the best!!! repaired my iphone like it was brand new. They even gave me a discount on a screen cover.
If you only saw my phone, the front screen was broken, home button was missing and it wouldnt even turn on when it had full charge. I brought it in and 20 minutes later it looks like a new Iphone.
Great customer service, very quick and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful experience as always at Group Micro! The guys are always so knowledgeable, honest, and really try to work with you and understand your needs. Their selection is great, too! I’ve had my windows based desktop computer fixed, and I buy all my iPhone and MacBook accessories from these guys. They’re the best!

Great place for fixing my iPhone! I went it to fix my screen and the back part of it and they did it for a wonderful price and threw in a screen protector for free! The lads in there are very friendly, if I ever need anything, I’ll most defiantly will be going there! That’s a fact!

In my trip to LA i broke my iphone 6 screen and I was able to get it fixed same-​day at Group Micro, while other places I called didn’t have the parts necessary in stock. It’s pricey, but iPhone 6 repair is pricey everywhere, so that’s no surprise. We were in and out in about half an hour, He was a good guy and did a great job on the screen replacement. You should buy tempered glass screen protector as well. Amazing place to get your all apple product fix (they do mac repair, ipad repair .and also they do data Recovery). Amazing everything under one roof, thanks

Group Micro Computers is by far one of the best! They are very knowledgeable and quick. My iPad was giving issues and within an hour they fixed it and it was as good as new. I’m glad that group micro opened new location in Burbank. My Mac crashed and I took it to them and needed to get back up and running with my machine and also needed my data asap. Turns out my drive was bad and they recovered all my data. They fixed my mac next day and kept the drive for data recovery and it took just another day. Overall I’m very satisfied with them. Looks like hey also do iPhone repair there.

Broke my phone again! Cant last an hour with this phone not working. Calls keep coming in but i can’t swipe the screen. Called a few places in the valley and Burbank area and found Group Micro again. They took care of me immediately and was very reasonably priced compared to UbreakiFix. Im glad I found them again! Thanks guys once more !!! Recommend!

Had a great experience these guys. My wife SHATTERED the iPad I bought for her last year, so I decided to check out Group Micro in Burbank after seeing the awesome reviews for their Westwood location.
The owner, Sevada, explained everything to me clearly, quoted a great price, and completed the repair in less than the time I expected. I discovered that the reason these guys can provide such terrific prices and fast turnaround times is that they have direct connections with suppliers in China, so they always have the right parts available and can blow the competition away when it comes to price and providing fast service.

If you are reading this review, then you are probably in the same situation that I was in when I stumbled upon Liquid Spill in my haze of Mac induced panic!
My Mac Book Air was drunk on a glass of wine and was not taking it well. In fact the drink was the death of it!
The reviews were so great that it actually made me suspicious but I am so glad that I did not allow my paranoia get the best of me and called Liquid Spill to discuss my predicament!
Sevada was absolutely wonderful! After our conversation I was confident that I had found the right place to repair my Mac Baby.
my Mac Book Air was returned to me in better condition than before the spill!
They could recover all my data from hard drive as well .
They even replaced my battery so my Mac Book Air is performing like new! 5 Stars!

I am so happy group micro open a new location in Burbank so I don’t need to drive to Westwood. I shattered my iPhone 6 screen and these guys fixed it in less than 30 min and they put screen protector on it. The good thing with here they also repair Mac computers and do data recovery. Highly recommended for people leaving in Glendale and Burbank to fix their phone and computer.

Group Micro guys were very helpful and friendly. They fixed my screen quickly and even offered some free headphones! My phone looks great. I’ll definitely be recommending this place. The location is ideal because there is lots to do in downtown Burbank so you can have fun while you wait for your phone.
