I bought a certificate at a Silent Auction and came in to retrieve it. Chris was such a sweetheart and so respectful to my hair. He totally respected the fact that I didn’t wanna cut a significant inches off… so he did as he was told. He did a great job, my hair feels so healthy and it is growing so fast. I shall come back for maintenance!

Chris is the best in the business. Both Chris & Alex go above and beyond for their clients. I absolutely love this salon! Their prices are fair and you get a celebrities’ haircut!!! Before Handzz & Strandzz, I had problems with my hair not growing past a certain length. First haircut with Chris (best shape and style cut I’ve ever received), my hair grew 5 inches in just 4 months! He truly is amazing!

This review is for both Debbie (nails) and Chris (hair). I first started seeing Debbie for acrylics — she does absolutely beautiful work and never had any of the problems I’ve had with acrylics over the past 20 years. She is consistent and friendly — I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. My nails always look perfect when I get them done. She also does wonderful pain-​free pedicures!
Chris has been doing my hair for the past year. Everytime I see him I get lots of compliments. He uses a variety of color for the highlights so they start out looking very natural and grow out that way (sometimes I wait too long so this is a very good thing). He has a charming personality, a lot of fun to chat it up with.
With both Debbie and Chris there has never been a wait and they’ve always been professional and friendly.

I wanted to find a hair salon locally that is good and to stay with them. My friend referred me to Handzz & Strandzz. Kudos for my friend referring me to an excellent hair salon. Aside from my friend going to Handzz & Strandzz, I was impressed with other people that I know in Burbank that go there.
Alex is my stylist and she is fantastic. My appointment was for color. Alex listened to what I was looking for and I asked for her advice. Alex helped me a lot. She is friendly and professional. She did an amazing job with my hair. I still keep looking at the mirror admiring my hair; especially as I hear only positive comments.
The hair salon is locally convenient in a very nice neighborhood in Burbank. There is plenty of free street parking. In addition to hair services, there is also a nail service station there too. The other staff I met on my visit was very friendly.

I was a Maid of Honor for a wedding and I did my own research in Burbank for a salon to do my updo. I came across Handzz & Strandzz and I liked what I read and I liked the pricing for updo’s. My appointment was with Chris and he was absolutely wonderful, my updo looked fabulous and Chris completed the updo in no time at all. Chris is very personable and easy going great guy and I felt like I knew him by the time I left ! Great hairdo, great service, great prices! I will definitely return! I looked great for the wedding and the updo held the entire day!

I have to agree with Ann. Christopher is amazing! It’s hard to find someone that can do great color AND style. I don’t even bother to tell him what he should do with my hair anymore. I have that much trust in him. I get more complements than I ever have on my hair. Thank you Christopher!!!

I discovered this salon from my husband. He started taking me there for my six week highlights and cut soon after we started dating. This salon is so wonderful. Christopher Morabito, the salon owner, keeps it very friendly and festive. Christopher is my stylist and he can and will do anything you need for any occasion, be it a maintenance visit or a special occasion such as a wedding or a formal event. He gave me such a beautiful and elegant updo for my wedding day. I get so many compliments after every visit. He also has a couple of manicurists there as well so you can book appointments for both hair and nails there. There is plenty of unmetered street parking and it is in a very nice neighborhood as well. Give them a call and try them out. You won’t be disappointed!
