Happy & Relaxed

I really love this place. It’s a genuine place of peace. I always ask for Malena, the masseuse, and she’s really good: strong when you want her to work out a knot; gentle if you have areas of tenderness. She pays attention to the body, and she’s very, very good at what she does.
I’m charmed, also, by the meditation room. The seven chairs are quite comfortable, and each has its own cd player/​ipod/​iPhone charger with headphones, as well as sheer curtains which may be pulled around your chair for greater privacy. The altar features multiple religious figures, including buddhas, angels. Whatever one’s faith, it’s a welcoming room to simply sit and be quiet.
If you’re looking for a super swanky spot, this isn’t it. But for a clean, welcoming space that’s nicely appointed, staffed by people who are friendly and knowledgable, in an environment that’s peaceful, restful and healing, I can recommend no place in Los Angeles any better.

I wish I could give 5 stars, my facial was excellent and I really liked the dr that I met briefly. Unfortunately the girl up front with the glasses was extremely rude! She seemed annoyed that I was there. She made me very uncomfortable! I would love to go back and take advantage of the other services they offer but if that’s how I’m treated when I walk in the door. No thank you! Customer service is everything especially in a place called «happy & relaxed» she was more «bitchy & rude»

My mother-​law got me gift certificates to this place. I got a 50 minute facial from Amy who did a great job and an hour massage from Kevin. Kevin was awesome with the massage. He really did a great job getting into the needed areas. I felt like butter afterwards. So relaxed and feel great. I will be back on the 25^th of this month to see Kevin. Place is a nice relaxing place as soon as you walk in.

My friend told me about this place where you can get a facial and a massage. So I booked a massage, the person that massage me her name is Malaea from Hawaii.
WHAT AMAZING MASSAGE! She really knows her stuff. She mention that it was a Medical Massage and OMG, it work. She made me feel better then any other massage therapist. If you do get a massage, you should ask for her. Also the place is AMAZING too.

I’ve gone to the same woman for massage on and off for the last few years at a different place. She started working here at Happy & Relaxed. I decided to go see her here, as the price was only about $ 8 more than what I was paying at the other place– and it was worth every penny! They have a private, CLEAN shower, with shampoo, conditioner and soap (if you forget– I brought my own) — they provide you with sealed, brand new flip flops and a hairbrush to use, fresh, clean towels, and a bathrobe. The massage room is off to the side and private, and really beautifully decorated, and serene. Alejandrina is the best if you want a great massage. She is really in tune with what you need.
HUGE BONUS: they have a meditation/​relaxation room, with a fountain, comfy chairs, headsets to listen to calming music, and it is FREE! you just have to make sure they don’t have a class going on when you’d like to use the room. I have come back once to use the relaxation room and felt SO refreshed and rejuvenated after. I will be coming back and bringing friends! What a wonderful place!

Initially I was skeptical going to a place where I can meditate. I thought that I should be able to do that myself at my own home and don’t really need to «drive» somewhere to find some peace. Well, after taking a tour of the facility, I found myself feeling Happy and Relaxed and even a little giddy. The atmosphere was so serene and calming from the second I walked in. Water fountains & healing crystals greeted me in the lobby. There are multiple rooms for various forms of mediation & relaxation. The entire facility is decorated with the most remarkable murals that extend into each room, including the bathrooms. What surprised me is that the use of this center is free.
I have a favorite chair that I will sit in for hours. The need to check my phone for messages, disappears and the comfort I feel just being there is lovely.
There are items and services available for purchase such as healing stones, music, and nutritional items. I actually had my first Reiki Healing session there and found myself more relaxed than I had felt in years. The owners, David and Neyda are extremely knowledgable about the aspects of Spiritual Awareness and happily share tools and resources for those seeking enrichment in their lives.
Happy and Relaxed is just that. A place to go for alternative methods of personal health and well being and to enjoy some solitude.

I went there today for a facial. My clinician was very nice and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she is the only one who performs facials at this time. I really enjoy the concept of this place as a whole. I felt the good feng shui as soon as I walked in and the entire time I was there I felt cared for and relaxed. I will be back for some of their other services as well.

I come here quite often for Reiki. Aimee Coronado, the Practitioner there is wonderful and I always feel miles better then when I arrived. I’ve also had the foot detox which was enjoyable. The atmosphere is inviting and there relaxing room is decorated cleverly using the colors of our chakra systems. I like it and will continue to be a patron of there facilities.

The most amazing place in Burbank!

I love the meditation room… the massage chairs are amazing. I also had a facial! I absolutely loved it and my skin looked amazing afterward. I do not get a chance to go often, but I always look forward to my next trip!

This place has a small pharmacy where they sell natural vitamins to help with whatever u have or what have u. If you believe in al natural stuff. This place also offers free relaxation chairs which is a massage chair where u get to listen to a cd to help u relax even further their chairs are so comfy with the choice to turn off the light is a great option specially when you don’t have to pay for anything. This place offers facials, massages, meditation techniques, hypnosis and other services as well.
