After having a canceled appointment from another carpet company, we decided to try Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning. Instead of a 3 hour time block, they gave us a 2 hour time block. As promised, they called 30 mins prior to make sure that we were here. Ross did a great job and thoroughly explained what he was doing. Our carpets are clean and we had no hassles at all. Thanks Ross!!!

This place is sooo terrible. The person on the phone (to make the appt) was nice but then after waiting 30 min for the guy to show up he took 1 quick look and said «So here’s the thing, you need to change your carpet.» I’m like. «ok, and other than that can’t you just clean what you can?» and he’s like «no» and that was it. What a waste of time. He just seemed really lazy to me like he didn’t even want to try which I don’t get. It should be my choice since I’m the one paying. My carpet is not that bad so I’m pretty sure he just wanted to get to his next appointment since he was running late. :/​Never again, I’ll call someone else.

Very professional company! The customer service was excellent — great communication. Staff was mindful, on time, and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner; also moved some of the larger furniture pieces independently. Rate was very reasonable! The carpets were almost completely dry within the first two hours, given the humid day. Would definitely recommend this service to others! Also, discount offered for next cleaning. :)

Deanna and Ross were fantastic! They came out to do our mattress and sofa on Easter! They showed up precisely on time, worked hard and thoroughly, and were a pleasure to have in our home. I would absolutely recommend them!
(Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that our couch took about 15 hours to dry and our mattress took about 25 hours, but I’ll chalk that up to it being a humid day and the rooms are not well-​ventilated.)

I’ve had my carpets cleaned by different people before. Heaven’s Best was faster, easier, less expensive, and WAY quicker drying than the other guys I used.
My carpet was terrible before Heaven’s Best came. It was brownish with dark stains. Now it’s so clean it almost looks like a different carpet!
They also cleaned my countertops, my tile floor, and the upholstery in my car. I will definitely work with them again, and ONLY them.
