Businesses should earn stars and this business does not even deserve one.
Let me name a few reasons why:
1) My mother brought her favorite silk blouse to get drycleaned. It needed to be cleaned only a specific way or else the blouse would be ruined and my mom purposely left the tags on for them to see how to clean it. They RUINED it. RUINED IT. And because of that my mother’s favorite $ 125 silk blouse was ruined. After ARGUING with the manager that her blouse was ruined (his argument was that this was how it looked before) he finally apologized. And only gave us $ 30 to compensate for her FAVORITE $ 125 SILK blouse being ruined.
2) For prom my mother wanted to hem my dress so I could walk properly. Not only was the seamstress never there at a proper time, they at first gave us an affordable price. THEN, With every phone call to different people we received a DIFFERENT and HIGHER price EVERY TIME we talked with someone. It was ridiculous. Then after my mother had to then again argue with the woman who we talked to before about the lower price that SHE was the one who gave us. She claimed she never said such a price on the phone even though SHE was the one who told us personally that it was that lower price.
NEVER EVER GO HERE. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND INDECENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

So I took my backpack in to get the zipper fix. The girl that attend me said that she was not sure if they can do this type of altering. I ask her when will she know, she said by end of business next day, cool. She also said she would call me to let me know. Next day came and went, no call, nothing. So I decide to wait a day or two. Well turns out that they able to fix the zipper but I ask how come I didn’t get a call from them. Turns out that the girl that attend me wrote down the wrong #. I ask her why did they go ahead and fix the zipper if they did not get a yes from me. And to top it off the cost for the zipper fix was $ 18.00. Damn, that’s a lot of money for a zipper fix. But the best thing is that the zipper didn’t even hold up not even a week (7 Days). The zipper started to come part and I thought bout taking it back and telling them but what for? To get the same type of service and no info if they can fix it right or not. And I work just down the street from them. I will NEVER go back to this place again. I would rather go to a dry-​cleaners that can do the job right the first time and that is 10 miles away then to come back here ever again. This place sucks BIG D#@K.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Jasmine Cleaners over the years. Their customer service was always pleasant, friendly, and prompt and their prices were very reasonable. This morning I dropped off my dry cleaning to a woman unfamiliar with the checking-​in process and billing and the usual employees (possibly the owners?) in the background. I was underwhelmed and unimpressed by the service I received and when I was given my receipt, it said «Dry Clean Express #3». Does anyone know if they have been bought out? New owners? I’m so disappointed.

I work nearby, so taking my clothes to Jasmine is very convenient. Luckily, they are so much more than that. They have great prices, a very friendly staff and I am always in and out very quickly.

I picked up my coats and they seem great! Definitely coming back to this dry cleaner as long as I work in Burbank!

I work right down the street and I have been bringing clothes here for cleaning for nearly 6 years. They are great! Affordable, fast and they do a good job cleaning. If you have stains and point them out, they will try to remove them and in most cases have been able to.
That staff are always friendly and the owner is cool.
Laundry services are a bit pricey, but what do you expect for getting someone else to wash, dry and fold your dirty laundry? This isn’t NY afterall. HOWEVER, if I were to make one single change there I would lower the price of laundry service, as then more people would use it and therefor they would make tremendous profit just on that. I would use it and I know at least 3 people in my office who would use it if it cost less. Thats just a suggestion from one business owner to another.

These people are very friendly, and they do a nice job with my specialty cleaning. Their prices aee also good, especially if you pay in advance and get that discount.
