RESULTS. went in with ingrown.toenail. he numbed at nerve & i walked out virtually pain free. No wonder he has been in BURBANK for 30+ years. Happy office with RESULTS. I heard another patient say this is the best doctor appointment and environment they have experience. (And she wasn’t young) Staff and Dr have a good sense of humor.

Dr. Sanneman is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions trying to understand my problem and he answered thoroughly and I never felt rushed. I learned a lot about the mechanics of my feet! He helped identify my issue and got me set up with some orthotics which I love. The office staff were very friendly as well. The décor was a little dated (unless it’s Ben updated since I was there) but I’m more about substance than flash.

I have to say, this was one of the best doctor’s experiences of my life. I called Dr. Sandman’s office on a Monday, was seen and had the problem taken care of in less than 24 hours. He and his assistant were extremely pleasant, easy to talk to and very professional.

I like Dr’s who take the time to educate u & give u options. U WILL FIND the «Dr. K’s office experience» more than pleasant. No waiting!

I have been seeing Dr. Sanneman off and on for a recurring foot problem and I felt compelled to come write this review because seriously? This is as good as it gets. Have you ever heard old timey stories about doctors that care and office staff that remember you AND CARE (shout-​out to Deena, what’s UP!!), you know– as if they’re running a real business where service counts? No? Well me neither, which is why I was so SURPRISED to find IT EXISTS! Here! It’s real, people!!! I didn’t think it could be true but IT IS! If I had a megaphone I would yell it across the land and you would look at me like I’m crazy but it’s true, and it’s a miracle. Is my foot cured? We’re working on it. (Look! I said ‘we’!) Oh I should add– I came here after another local doctor MISDIAGNOSED me and I spent my entire summer in a foot cast I DIDN’T NEED. Yes. That happened. And I don’t want to name names (oh but I DO), but this podiatrist is here in Burbank and his last name starts with a W and ends with a G. That was frustrating to say the least. And when I went THERE for appointments there would be 20 people waiting with me and once I waited an hour and a HALF. With NO communication from the staff.
At Dr. Sanneman’s they have this magical process where you make an appointment, arrive on time, and they don’t book 20 other people at the same time! When I arrive for an appointment, he’s finishing up the last one and I am ushered right in– as if they expected me! Crazy right? I could go on for ages. If only Dr. Sanneman practiced ALL kinds of medicine, or if other doctors could run a practice the way he does… well I guess if that happened I would know for sure I was living in The Matrix.
