Saw the reviews on the Lube Center and took my car over for an oil change. They not only changed my oil, but check my tire pressure (which was low) refilled some of the engine fluids and cleaned my front window. Absolutely the best customer service hands down!

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was quick and easy. I love using locally owned and small businesses because there is a sense of integrity and great customer service that larger companies lack.
For example, I had been planning change the air filters myself because so many companies charge 200+ for that service, when the parts are under $ 60, and it’s so simple to change them — a caveman can do it.
They noticed my air filter were really dirty, and offered to change with no charge for labor when I mentioned I was going to do it myself. How convenient! Thank you so much.
I will be bringing my car back for my next oil change!

This has been my regular oil change place for the past couple of years, and I’m only now getting to a review because they were extra nice during my last oil change (saved me money that any other shop would have gladly taken from me). Simply put, they are honest, they are quick (always knock out the oil change during lunch hour with plenty of time to spare), and this is really important to me: They treat all of their customers with respect and deference, regardless of their gender or ethnicity. They don’t talk down to me like I don’t understand cars or treat me differently because I’m a woman. This is so refreshing, and all too uncommon when it comes to automotive stuff!
People: don’t go to Jiffy Lube or any of those places. They will always try to upsell you by saying you need a new filter, etc. The Lube Center does NONE of that. And if you do need a filter, they will show you what yours looks like and let you decide with no pressure.
Finally, those people who are getting mad at this place because their car manufacturer recommends the more expensive synthetic oil simply don’t understand that an oil change place has zero to do with that — You are taking out your outrage on the wrong people. Join a class action law suit against your car maker, not the guys who are just telling you what the car maker is saying you should put in your car.

Found this place on Unilocal and have been coming here for oil changes for about a year now. Always great service and very professional, which is why I keep coming back. Especially to the shop manager or gentleman that always sits at the front desk. Somehow my car is always cleaner than when I bring it in. They go above and beyond just the standard oil change. Honest, friendly, with fair prices and quick turnaround. Brent and the guys were my go-​to mechanics for many years until I moved out of state. I only wish we could clone Brent here in TN! I couldn’t recommend this shop highly-​enough.

The only place I will go for auto repair. Brent is amazing and all the guys are friendly and seem like they enjoy working there. I trust them and their work completely! If you live in the area I strongly suggest you take your car to them for all your repairs… Thanks guys I really appreciate you!

These guys are awesome! Ron and the gang are very professional and polite. They work fast and do an amazing job. I’ve been here a few times now for oil changes and a tune up. I trust their skills and judgement. They were very honest about my tune up and didn’t try to scam or over price me. Thank you so much! I’ll be back again for sure!

This has been my third or fourth time coming to Lube Center for an oil change and I’m planning to keep coming back. Ron and the guys here are incredibly pleasant to work with. They’re quick, honest and charge fair prices. They know what my BMW needs (synthetic), politely remind me it’s more than regular oil and get right to it.
I’m coming back to them to get replacement axles installed since I trust them to do it right.

If there was zero stars I would choose that instead! Took my Honda for a routine oil change and without even quoting a price came back to find they had mysteriously put some «special» oil in my car, thus charging me $ 80!!! for a routine oil change. This place is absolutely dishonest and took complete advantage of me. I took my car for it’s next oil change to the regular Honda dealer and the oil change PLUS a full service came out to $ 70! I am appalled at the utter manipulation I experienced at this place. Do not go here!!!

I have to start off with a THANKYOU! This shop is so professional and helpful … There are a ton of places that you could possibly get your oil changed, but why not go to a place where the offer you coffee, wifi and super speedy (and nice) service! I only wish that I had found them sooner!

Let’s face it, no one LOVES getting an oil change. No one I know at least. But we all need oil changes, so it’s great when you can go somewhere that makes the experience as pleasant and as possible. The waiting room is nice and clean, comfortable. The A/​C works, they offer free wi-​fi so you can get your work done, check your email, pretend it’s your home office. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Checked my tires, told me it was dangerously low and fixed it. Five Cheers for Lube Center.
