I’ve been going here for years and decided, today, to log onto Unilocal and give him a much deserved review. I was shocked to see negative reviews here! In the years that I have been going here I have always experienced first rate service, no mistakes and the guy is always super nice. Probably one of the nicest people I’ve done business with in L.A. I have used him to ship numerous things with all different carriers and everything has always gone through without a hitch. Last week, when I needed a PMB(Personal Mail Box), although I now live in Valley Village, I didn’t think twice about where to go. So, I now have my PMB there. I put down«not sure» about if he takes credit cards, but I’m pretty sure he does. This is a one man shop. I’ve only ever seen one person there. I’m pretty sure he is the owner.

This is honestly the WORST mailbox center EVER !!! Mark seems nice in person and on the phone, but nothing but lies come out of his mouth. When you pay for 2 day priority shipping and tracking, you would expect to get these services. Well not here. Mark was supposed to text me the tracking number when my package left. He never did. When I called the next day, he claimed that his phone was«frozen» and couldn’t text me the number. So take the battery out, or restart your phone.(not rocket science) By noon the following day, and 4 phone calls later, I was able to get a tracking number from him. 2 days later and still no tracking info for my package. It just says the postal service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. Why is there no acceptance scan, or departed from post office ??? I wouldn’t be surprised if my package is still at this shitty facility, and hasn’t even gone out yet. oh, and now that he knows my phone number… he ignores the calls, when I’m simply trying to figure out if my package has even gone out yet. My customer is pissed, and this reflects terribly on me. Just go to the POSTOFFICE instead. Lesson learned !!! AVIODTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS !!!

If you have Fed Ex GROUND shipments, do NOT take them here. They do not have the proper resources to issue you a tracking number for your Fed Eex GROUND shipments. So far we have had 3 or more incidents regarding Fed Ex ground Shipments leaving here and not being received by our recipients. They do not even keep records of the shipments and I wouldn’t be surprised if my boxes are still there waiting to be picked up. Avoid this place at all costs!
