When we wanted to lease a APT it was all good. When we moved in, all the things the management promised us, never happened. To many animals in the building. Laundry room was filled with animal
Hair and NO I repeat NO parking on that busy Grismer street.

My wife and I love Karla!
She has been nothing but sweet and up front with us since we moved in a year ago. Now that we are moving out she is doing everything she can to help us. (we found a house) You will not find a more caring and genuine human being, much less an apartment manager, ANYWARE!
She will be on our Christmas list forever!

Do not live here! Yes they make it sound all nice on their website. Tenants have their pets take dumps in the hallways (closed hallways!) and in the common areas. Hallway smells like pot. Property manager NEVER follows through on anything. You have to bug the hell out of her to get ANYTHING done. Even then things have to be on her time. You are better off doing things yourself. Tenants park on your ASSIGNED parking spot and manager won’t do anything cuz she is too much of a wuss to get involved and doesn’t want to get. on the tenants’ bad side. No hot water on more than one occassion for more than a day! Major plumping issues… Nice apartments but not worth the hassle.
