I was sent to nicks from carmax. Nick kept me posted the whole process. Nick is very polite, personable and honest. I have told my friends and coworkers about Nicks.

The shop did fix my issue… but only after several trips back to report the same initial problem. By several I mean 5 or 6 times. this happened over the course of 8 months or so. They did eventually fix the problem but that was after they replaced my transmission (which was not even what they fixed to cure my problem) and $ 2k later! I wouldn’t say that it is a bad shop, but I wouldn’t say that it is a good shop. Plus, everytime you visit you will come out smelling like cigarettes.

This is the most honest mechanic I have encountered in my LOOOONNG journey to diagnose my car. They are quick and reasonably priced.
