OktoBURfest

We got VIP passes so we could go in earlier. Definitely glad we did it started filling up quickly after 2. Super friendly environment and staff. No line to the bathrooms while we were there. Delicious local brews and all that cool swag. Definitely loved being able to talk to all the people there about the different brews. Loved it. Coming back next year!

So Burbank got their own Oktoberfest… Which I could tell you how it was but we could never get in because apparently they had sold out even though there was only 30 – 40 people at the place when we got there. We were told that tickets were very limited to a place that is only at a quarter capacity and only open till 10 pm. We ditched the 10 man line and went bar hopping around downtown Burbank. The place never filled up. No German band, no bratwurst, no German beer. Just 30 hipsters talking about what hipsters talk about. I thought the Oktoberfest in Montrose was bad but this place makes that one look amazing. Save yourself a headache and go to Old World in Huntington Beach where they still understand what Oktoberfest is supposed to be.

Awesome time great beer ! And Unilocal girl is awesome ! Food at wild carvery is phenomenal ! Worth coming down for sure!
