One Step Hire

Could not be more pleased with the level of help I received from One Step Hire. After a good amount of time in the job market I was tired of the job searches and all of those recruiters hounding me for jobs hundreds of miles away or not at all relevant to what I actually do! But from the first time I came in contact with One Step and an ACTUAL software developer I got a level of support and help that I honestly did not expect. I was not just a list of skills and rates for them, they worked with me to find an appealing position I was qualified for and in a company which I actually wanted to work for!

Nearly a year into my employment and I still speak with the agency. I appreciate the checkups and the continuation of the relationship I formed with them when I was looking for a job. Just a bunch of really nice people who really made it clear that they were looking out for my best interest. In the end they followed through with everything they promised and I am now happily employed (just got my contract extended!). It really pays off to avoid the big and impersonal recruiting companies, after the stories I’ve heard and read I consider myself lucky to have been discovered by One Step Hire.
