SWEET GOODNESS!!! This place is amazing. She makes delicious bites to hand out as gifts or to serve friends. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants something new, good, and different from the usual sweet shops.

I know this place doesn’t technically need any more 5-​star reviews, but you can’t really ever have enough, right?
The brittle here is amazing. I grew up with my grandfather making peanut brittle, which was always awesome. Don’t tell my PaPa, but Pauline’s makes it better.
They are also very nice here, which is great. Any of the «seasonal» brittle that you might want around the holidays will sell out, so place your orders in advance.
My favorites are the mint pecan brittle and the peppermint bark type.

Wow excellent candy! Nice people too! I stopped by for a Valentine’s Day gift, I really didn’t want to stand in line trying to get one of the brand name candies most people mindlessly drift to around holidays. My wife is pretty specific and she knows what she likes, SHE LOVED THE CANDY!
Try one of the mixtures, some of all the flavors.

My daughter bought a small bag of the Habanero Chipotle Peanut Brittle as a present since I LOVE chilli chocolate. Even though I’m not partial to peanuts I fell in love with it. This stuff is addictive!!! Handmade in small batches, so it is as fresh as Mum makes. Dutiful daughter bought me a full pound for Christmas. Bliss: P

I have been a fan of Pauline brittle for a very long time. She always greets you with smile everytime you come into the store. she makes great gift baskets. She has such a great variety of brittle priced very fair! I will be back!

I wanted to tuck a small treat for «grandma» in a baby’s gift package and remembered seeing Pauline’s. What a good idea it was!
This was my first time in the shop. Funny how I felt just like a-​kid-​in-​a candy store. I snagged my own little bag of Habanero Chipotle Chocolate Peanut Brittle. If you love heat, it’s the perfect blend of spice, sweet and salt.
Pauline’s brittle is crunchy but tender. Aficionados’ will know what that means. No teeth breaking brittle here. It just gives way to melt in your mouth. What a find. Have not had better anywhere.

I’m not a big fan of brittles, but here’s one exception… Pauline’s brittles. Simply so addictive. Lots of varieties in ingredients, sizes, and some wrapping options too, so this is one of my go-​to places when it comes to time to buy gifts.

We have been going to Pauline’s forever. Her brittle is beyond amazing and now she’s added more crack-​like products in popcorn, fudge and dipped pretzels. I’m in love.
The fudge is smooth, creamy and rich. It has small pieces of the delicious brittle in it. Makes my heart sing. The caramel pecan popcorn melts in your mouth. I could sit in my car outside the store on Olive and eat an entire bag.
We’ve given Pauline’s sweets as gifts on several occasions and everyone agrees that her foods are yummy.
As a plus she’s a super sweet person to deal with. Gotta love when business owners are both nice to visit and have yummy, deliciously addictive goods.
If you haven’t tried Pauline’s you are missing a true gem.

All they make is Brittle. Lots of varieties and all great. I bought a ½ pound of their pecan brittle and it didn’t last long — it’s addictive! So good!
Pauline, the owner, was great and let me sample a couple different types (white chocolate and milk chocolate covered brittles). So decadently wonderful.
The shop is a small place on Olive Ave. Easy to drive by it!
It’s pricey ($ 8 for ¼ pound and $ 12 for ½ pound) but this is a unique treat that you won’t find else where. It would make a great gift.

I’ve enjoyed Pauline’s homemade brittle for at least 5yrs, as an online consumer. I’m totally shocked by some of the less than perfect reviews, as my experience has been great! Even with one bad shipping experience, torn package and cracked brittle pieces on one occasion; the resolution exceeded my expectation. Upon notification of dissatisfaction, Pauline eagerly suggested a replacement, extra bag of brittle and reshipped at no cost to me.
Not to discredit some consumers direct off-​putting experience; just bear in mind, we all have bad days, and often redirect the frustration unintentionally. In business you would like it not to exist, as it would be a turnoff even for me, but please remain humble and forgiving, and enjoy the good brittle along the way.

I needed a last minute Christmas gift and wanted the dark chocolate covered toffee. She was out but made a batch two days before Christmas to accommodate me. And as I had hoped — the gift was opened and shared and was really delicious! Thank you, Pauline. I will definitely be back!

Had a coupon and used it to buy some goodies as a gift. I was able to sample any flavor and they were all amazing! My favorite was the white chocolate pecan brittle. Definitely would buy more!

I have been wanting to try this place for about a year and I never went till today and the brittle was so good! I was a little hesitant because I read some of the reviews about the lady being rude because they had a Unilocal or groupon deal, but she was actually very sweet. I was addicted to see’s candy but I think this place is way better. The brittle is so good and not hard at all. I definitely recommend either the regular brittle or the white chocolate.

Online I received a coupon for this quaint and delightful place which gave me a sense of home, and the country all mixed into one. Pauline was so sweet, and the fact her brittle is the best I have ever tasted only added an even more enjoyable experience to my visit. I will be sharing this wonderful find, with everyone I know and meet. The prices are great, if you like Gourmet, you will love Pauline’s brittle for sure.

I don’t remember where I found out about this place but it was a few years ago and I bookmarked it.
This isn’t like that crap brittle were its to hard to eat.
This is made perfect and you cant go wrong with any selection.
You will love whatever you get.

I opened up the storefront door a crack and it was love at first smell!
The combination of butter and sugar was sinful.
Pecan Brittle — amazing! Way better than See’s Candies’ peanut brittle. It’s hard to just eat one piece. I won’t describe it… just imagine all the best positive adjectives you can think of for sweets and that’s what it’s like.
White Chocolate Pecan Brittle — also wonderful for a white chocolate lover like me, but I’d have to say the original Pecan Brittle is still the best.
If I was Santa, I’d want you to leave me some of these Pecan Brittles instead of milk and cookies!

THE VERY BEST BRITTLE YOU WILL EVER FIND.
I stopped into Costco & Pauline’s had a roadshow stint. How I wished I bought 20 more bags of the the dark chocolate with sea salt. Heavenly! Shared some with friends and they ranted, raved and begged for more.

I went in with a Groupon, and without a doubt, the prejudice from Pauline was so thick and unwelcoming, it could’ve been karate chopped into pieces like these delicious brittle candies that I picked up.
I don’t live in Burbank, so I had to trek out over yonder from DTLA. From the Groupon’s description of the pecan brittle, I just had to try it and see if it was what it was hyped to be. The verdict is out, this is some bad ass candy. But every bite I take, I kinda see Pauline with a stern look on her face flash before me.
I’m disappointed to find out there are other patrons who have had similar experiences as me in terms of the unwelcoming vibe when using deal vouchers.
I’m even more disappointed to find out a Unilocal deal is going on for Pauline’s, 24/​7, right now as I submit this review.
It’s time for Pauline to be responsible for her marketing and not expect flash deal sites to do it for her.
